I'm calling from Australia and using Skype so no redial apps in my future either.... They hadn't received my case yet. It's just been 2 weeks since my NOA2 so not overly concerned. Should I have given them our email addresses then though? The rep didn't ask for them and it didn't occur to me until after I got off the phone.

We have already sent the IV fee via cashier check, they received it on friday 29th, but site still shows us to PAY NOW, as they say lets wait for 10 more days.

Also its nearing 30 days since they received our documents, no reply from them yet.

Same here.. The mail was picked up on Friday the 29th... It was showing PAY NOW until yesterday. Now it shows paid. I can start the application now.

What is the point of a supervisor review if it takes another 42 days. surely if you are over time they should just review your documents and complete your case rather than adding another 42 days to your review time. has anyone been through supervisor review in less than 42 days?

last spoke to NVC on monday was told documents have been reviewed and all is fine but DS-260 should be done 'soon' there concept of soon is rather flexable...

i dont have 3 N/A yet Ds-260 submitted on May 1st

Anyone know how to calculate the day 10  , whether its day 10 from paying the IV fee, or 10 days after they post that message.????

I called in yesterday to the number they put a note on my account whatever that means (nothing) lol and said it starts yesterday .

they won't take your emails till you have a case number in their system, does your uscis case status say sent to the department of state ?

Ok. Thanks for that info, didn't realize that. My uscis case status still just says approved and as I understood from the wiki that might not ever change but the hard copy noa2 I received says the case was sent. I realize that's probably just a standard form letter though. I'm not concerned yet, just figured since it had been a couple weeks I'd check to see if they had gotten it. I'll give them another call on Monday.

I still have 2 NA and my interview is already scheduled . NVC don't even sent me the case complition email. I think next week couple of weeks they better update everything for me and send all letters ( complition and Interview ) . However, this is for sure NVC is way faster and better than USCIS
