Hi guys, we paid the AOS and IV fee through mail last week and we just got an email saying we should fill out the DS-260 and send in our documents together with the cover sheet. I haven't been able to log in since we got the case number though

Has anyone spoken to the NVC today about when the technical issues will be corrected?

If u dont mind me asking what date did u specifically mailed your payments? I mailed my AOS and IV fee too last thursday..was delivered on friday..im also unable to log in online..

I spoke with NVC REP just a while ago theyre still working on fixing the ceac website issues..

We mailed it with express mail on Tuesday. I tracked the letter and could see they received it Wednesday. So you should also be notified soon!

Oh thank you! At leart that would give me an idea..i mailed my payments overnight too..hopefully ill hear from them soon..too bad for us that cant log in..were still stuck..

I have a checklist from june 9, but didn't receive any mail or wasn't told over the phone.

I called on june 23 and was told my case hadnt been reviewed, so i waited. Now i understand why you should call every day.

My husband called today and first the operator said she cant see if it has been reviewed and then, no it hasnt been reviewed.

Husband asked the same questions in a different mannerseveral times and the operator switched to yes, there are some things missing :

my birth certificate (i already sent it in the package, along with a translation)

marriage certificate (already sent in the package too, with translation!)

The joint sponsor needs to send another i864 because we didn't mark "1" in part 3 section 7 ..

She said they were supposed to send an email, she will put a note so that they can send us a checklist...

and they have the ds 260 but didn't review it yet

my husban is from Tunisia , im following the from I864 and it asks me to write the his Alien registration number ( A-number ) and we are applying for IR1 visa

what should i write ????

Husband just called again just to see if the speech was didfferent and at first the operator said she couldnt tell if the ds260 was submitted. Then husband insisted and she said yes its submitted, not reviewed.

And that she's gonna ask a supervisor to check if they have my birth certificate and our marriage certificate

I dont know what's true and what's not

An "A-Number" is an Alien Registration Number assigned by the former Immigration and Naturalization Service(INS) or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). If the intending immigrants you are sponsoring havenot previously been in the United States or have only been in the United States as tourists, they probably do not haveA-Numbers. Persons with A-Numbers can locate the number on their INS or USCIS-issued documentation.

We are still experiencing problems with some online immigrant visa application forms. We hope to have a fix in place for this by early next week.

Saylin and other VJ members ,Please I need your urgent HELP. I'm stuck at NVC because of one mistake on my AOS Form I-864 ,Part 5 item 8, (Household Size): I'm sponsoring my daughter on this Form I-864. I'm a US citizen ,Married and have other 3 under age of 18 (The 3 got their Case Complete) But my question is: What will be the actual number to put on Item 8? Is it 2 me and my sponsored daughter or 3 including my spouse?. Because Item 4 confusing me. My dependent children....Thanks

Hello everyone,

I don't mean to spam everyone but I think it is very important to spread some positive energy here.

We are all in this together, the technical issue mess. But I am sure one day we will look back at this journey and agree that time likes this really test our characters.

I just got a checklist this morning for the IV fee, which I paid in early June. I sucked up and paid the fee again. But hey, the upside is, no other document issues!

Just want to encourage everyone to stay positive, keep trying, and never forget why we applied for the visa for in the beginning.

im following the I864 that i just downloded from the ucsis website, and Gosh, its expired on 03/31/5015

i so wonder if it still good to send it to the nvc ????

It's ok nyala. Cheer , it's not a matter of life and death. Look at the brighter side. . You have another one cleared. ..: Just fix it. I'm so tensed too but we must stay strong this NVC process. I need to find out what's happening.
