You will get IV invoice fee once you do your choice of agent..i did my ds-261 over the phone the day after i git my case number..then i received an email with IV invoice fee..i just mailed my payments today AOS and IV since i still cant sign in..your a day ahead of me as far as getting the case number..got mine on june 16th..

I did my ds261 over the phone yesterday. I haven't receive IV invoice fee yet. How long do I have to wait? I can't sign in the website.

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

I did my ds261 over the phone yesterday. I haven't receive IV invoice fee yet. How long do I have to wait? I can't sign in the website.

Just wait theyll email it to you..i did my ds261 on the 17, received email on the 21st, iv invoice was dated 18th..

March 31, 2015 - I-130 packet mailed through USPS express mail

April 1, 2015 - Packet Delivered

April 3, 2015 - NOA1, routed to Nebraska Service Center

April 6, 2015 - Payment of $420 cashed

April 9, 2015 - Hard copy of NOA1 received in the mail

May 19, 2015 - I-130 case APPROVED!!!

May 27, 2015 - Case sent to Department of State NVC

June 3, 2015 - Case received by NVC

June 16, 2015 - Case number obtained

June 17, 2015 - DS-261 choice of agent completed over the phone ( unable to sign in online )

June 20, 2015 - Received WELCOME LETTER (enclosed with AOS fee invoice and document cover sheet)

June 21, 2015 - Received IV invoice fee through email ( still unable to sign in online )

June 25, 2015 - Mailed payments of both AOS and IV fee (two separate money order from USPS in one envelope, overnight delivery)

June 30, 2015 - Received email confirmation, both AOS and IV payment received

July 2, 2015 - Called NVC and confirmed AOS and IV shows PAID and Cleared in their system ( since i can't log in online )

July 2, 2015 - Mailed documents (overnight), only to find out NVC is close today (july 3), so package is held in the NH post office, scheduled delivery updated to july 6

July 5, 2015 - Finally able to sign in to CEAC website and filled up DS 260 and SUBMITTED!!!

July 6, 2015 - SCAN DATE

July 27, 2015 - CASE COMPLETE!

August 24, 2015 - Interview schedule assigned

September 24, 2015 - INTERVIEW DATE at US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES

APPROVED!

September 28, 2015 - Visa Packet received (picked up at 2GO SM MOA branch)

October 10, 2015 - ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, reunited with my wife finally!!! 

I- 751 timeline:

July 13, 2017 - Packet mailed to CSC via USPS express mail

July 15, 2017 - Packet delivered

July 19, 2017 - Check cashed (personal check $680)

July 21, 2017 - Received I-797, Notice of Action (dated 7/15/15, 8:57pm)

July 29, 2017 - Received biometrics appointment notice dated 7/21/17, appointment is on Aug 9.

November 15, 2018 -  CASE APPROVED

Got a checklist today have to do some correction on i864 and send 2014 tax hoping send it soon.

Hey don, quick question, why are they asking for the 2014 tax returns? did you send them an extension?

I'm asking coz our joint sponsor has an extension for his 2014 returns so he sent us the form 4868 (extension)

Silly question perhaps - but embarrassingly i could not locate the correct answer hence asking.

I am preparing/collecting all info to fill out ds-260 when it becomes available. Hubby had his vaccines as a kid but cannot locate the records. How should we answer the immunization record without causing us more delays. Should he plan to get immunized again while we wait to get ds-260 unlocked so that we have the record, or answer no we do not have the records but plan to get vaccines during the medical. will this cause any extra delays? Hubby is ok getting immunized beforehand, should he just get it done from family doc or the place that does the medical exams for the US?

Nvc just told me that i can pay my AOS fees and also send in my AOS & IV packet at the same time even before i pay my Iv bill and filling out the DS260 online.

Please not i have 3 cases pending a the NVC

One for for my wife and two separate ceses for two children.

For my wife's case i have been able to choose an agent but not he Kids.

Nvc tells me i can't just yet because the cases are very new which doe snot make sense because all three cases were sent at the same time to the NVC from the USCIS.

Thank you for anyone that can shed a bit of light on this querry...

You can answer yes as he will have them before the interview, or no and explain he will get them before the interview . Clicking yes probably a bit easier and is what I did for my husband . We're going to have him go get his shots somewhere cheaper than the immigration doctors and bring the records with us to them as my husbands parents lost his shot records from when he was a kid so he has to get them again also . Riaaz, did you try calling 603-334-0888 and chose an agent over the phone for your kids? try one or two different agents and dont give extra info just say you need to chose an agent over the phone.

yeah and it's already Saturday over here in my husbands country so almost there . I'm just accepting the fact it will be Monday, don't understand why she enjoys it she's a tall baby in a short person .
