Go ahead and make a call and choose agent over the phone! Thats what i did the day after i got my case number since i cant sign in..

Were kinda in the same situation..case number was asaigned on june 16, then unable to sign in that day. June 17th i called them and verified if my numbera were correct and it was..then i told the rep i still could not sign in and cant so the choice of agent..so she was very nice and did the choice of agent process over the phone..it was done very quickly..june 20th i received the welcome letter in the mail with the AOS FEE invoice..been trying ro log in several times a day..still could not..june 21st i received an email confirming about the choice of agent attached with IV FEE invoice..waited until today to log in to pay fees, and still unable to..called them and said they cant give any time frame as to how long the system will be fixed..so they said i can mail the payments bu mail..i got tired of checking online and getting the same SIGN IN FAILED..So today i went to the post office and purhased money orders sent it overnight..i have no other choice, either way were still gonna get stuck..

One thing I noticed in their welcome letter they dont talk about I-864. Is it because it appears online automatically. According to the letter:

1. Choose an agent (Which is D-261)

2. Pay Fees

3. Submit Visa Application Form (Which is D-260)

4. Collect Financial Documents

5 Collect Supporting Documents

6. Submit to NVC

Nowhere did they mention of I-864 hence asking if it appears online? I have still not been able to login and since I had received only AOS invoive in the welcome. There was no IV invoice and since I am unable to login I went ahead and mailed that payment.

You will get IV invoice fee once you do your choice of agent..i did my ds-261 over the phone the day after i git my case number..then i received an email with IV invoice fee..i just mailed my payments today AOS and IV since i still cant sign in..your a day ahead of me as far as getting the case number..got mine on june 16th.. I called NVC and the lady said she needs to forward my case to the supervisor since its outside of their processing time....she doesn't know how long that will take

I just spoke with someone at NVC. She proceeded to tell me that yes some people are having problems logging in the CEAC website but the reason why i cannot log in yet is that because since my case is new (less than 2 weeks since a case number was assigned) my case is not in their computer system yet and there is nothing i can do for now that i cant even give my choice of agent over the phone. She just told me to keep trying to log in everyday :/

"The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. "

I read this on the page for explaining the website "technical" difficulty...........

"We will continue to prioritize H-2 applicants as our systems return to normal, and issue as many approved cases as possible. However, we will not be able to process these as quickly as we typically do until our systems are functioning normally. We continue to ask that any employers with urgent needs contact the post which is processing their applicants and we will do everything we can to facilitate the cases.

pretty sure this is in reference to the embassy issues not nvc .
