I guess, NVC is progressing on the fix.

If you got to the technical assistance page, it has a link for us to check the status update of the work they do. I am following both of them, and now they removed ten days for the DS260. Seems things will get better by the start of July.

If you check my signature you can find how much time it took for me to upgrade. But minimum it will take 60 days. with this system issue it can be more.. :(

But as you are a citizen now you must upgrade the case.. as they started you process, upgrade will not delay you.

Thank you, I hope you are right.

Called back this morning to see if I could get my case number and IIN. The rep lady was like we've mailed out instructions and you need to wait for those, I can't do anything for you. I told her all I wanted was my case number and IIN and she reluctantly gave them to me. But I didn't have to be transferred to a case specialist this time??

Ok so now that I have the case number and IIN, I tried logging into CEAC and it says it doesn't match anything in their system. I realize this seems to be fairly "normal" at the moment. If things were working properly, should I be able to log in already? Case number was assigned June 17.

My SD after a checklist may 13, today i called nvc asking why is my case taking so long since my case is very simple. They only need to review my i864 again thats all, but a rep told me he was gonna put me in the list for supevisor review?? ??? so i heard here that it could take up to 40 days, so i dont get that. So my question is can i resend the i864 again ? So that way i will wait only 30 days and not 40??

Can someone give me insight on what NVC means by supervisor review? Is this just the normal review they do on everyone's case, or is it additional review? I'm confused!! :protest:

As far as I know, the case gets assigned to a supervisor who will review it: in our case this is because they haven't looked at it in the timeline that they initially gave.

It adds up to 42 days (6 weeks) to the process. You can get a case complete or checklist from this too.

Im also confused about the supervisor review too, idk how that works ??? my SD after checklist may 13,but yesterday when i called the rep told me he was gonna put me for the supervisor list. So the 42 days are from yesterday or after we completed the reg 30 days ????
