they didn't do anything I gave IT my case going on 3 weeks ago, issue is their to lazy to get off their buts and put all of our paid mail payments in I fixed it, paid twice so now I'm done lol .

IV fees was cashed on May 21 and received email on June 1 that they received the payment...but ceac portal show not invoiced....any advise what next to do?

my only advice is when it goes from 0.00 to 325.00 to pay it again online and request a refund . But maybe it might fix itself before yours does that, who knows at this rate .

Is anybody mailing fees or still holding out hope that it will be fixed this week (as per http://travel.state.gov/content/travel/english/news/technological-systems-issue.html...assuming they mean the entire system and not just for embassies)? I'm so conflicted.

I'm as conflicted as you are, i'm going to give them this week and if nothing's fixed will send out the docs next week with a bank draft for the IV fee..

So you sent two a money orders with copies of both invoices, but only AOS bill shows as paid?

Thankfully I went to post office and asked for proof of payment, that money order was cleared so now I have that

I have already sent that proof two weeks ago, but we got checklist today due to the fees not being paid. Duh

I would certainly go to post office, order 6041 inquiry for both payments.

Upside, when asked you'll have the proof ready.

Downside, it takes about 5 days to receive and it's not free $6.20

Did you send two diff money orders? Or just one enclosed with two invoices?

Almost a week still could not sign in..now after so many attempts it would say sign in terminated, case number and invoice id number locked try again in 15 mins..i just got a hold of a rep and she said that shell put in a request for the IT to fix it but she cant give me time frame as to when will it be done..on the other hand she said i can send payments in the mail if i think its taking so long..i said even if i pay fees by mail and still cant access online for ds-260 im still stuck right?!!! They should have an option for paper forms if there are technical issues!

I have seen a lot of people had their IV fees unlocked after 3-4 weeks. I wonder if it will be the same for us..

I got the below link, where it says The U.S. Department of State mailed letters on June 9 to a limited number of U.S. passport customers whose personal information may have been compromised.

Does this means someone hacked their systems and it affects to us as well

I don't know the cause, but trying all the possibility to get out of this.

So, we just received a checklist - for the fee payment

We paid our AOS fee on 5/21 - a month ago, sent the proof payment two weeks ago, yet it is still showing as unpaid

The checklist also calls for the IV payment

It's been 4 weeks since our DS261 was approved, we are flagged for the sup review and IV invoice was never issued

Morgan, what did you say when are the sups available?

Can they at least change the order of words in that sentence?!
