because I got to the nvc before the problems started so that's why I could but got stuck with the iv fee tried to mail it over a month ago never changed to paid had to finally pay it online twice to make anything happen . No one that's mailed their fees have had it switch to paid and it's been a while for some .

Quick question people: Do they process AOS and IV fee separately? Because we paid both fees over a week ago thru mail and we only got the email confirmation for the AOS being paid. ? Im starting to get worried that our case will be the same with the others that mailed both fees and NVC asked them to email proof that they sent IV fee as well. ?

Mine switched to paid a week after mailing.

Separately or not, it is completely fine to send them together. Since it seems like a technical issue, I would suggest you call the technical issues hotline which gets connected much faster.

So you sent two a money orders with copies of both invoices, but only AOS bill shows as paid?

Thankfully I went to post office and asked for proof of payment, that money order was cleared so now I have that

I have already sent that proof two weeks ago, but we got checklist today due to the fees not being paid. Duh :(

I would certainly go to post office, order 6041 inquiry for both payments.

Upside, when asked you'll have the proof ready.

Downside, it takes about 5 days to receive and it's not free $6.20

Your issue sounds more like technical to me. You should rather try calling technical support hotline to get it fixed. Supervisors will only help in reviewing your case.

We also sent fees in email, only AOS changed to PAID in their system and we got the confirmation email. IV fee, I don't know how it got lost, as we sent in one single money order. Is NVC out of money?? if they want more money they could have tell instead missing out our payments and making us to pay twice.

I too dont have access to payment portal, so waiting for it to get fixed. But as soon as I get access, I am planning to pay again in online.. Gonnu try all the available options to move forward with this process. Anyways have 30days wait for the documents... so meantime I use the wait for IV fee and Ds-260. But have all the data handy to fill it.
