IV fee invoice was generated on the 11th of June but i still cant pay it because it shows as 0.00 $ on the CEAC portal. Anyone else having similar issues? Those who received their invoice around 11th of June?

expect that for another month probably .

Would calling the new number and asking them to unlock the IV fee make any difference?

They aren't capable of doing that if you have been invoiced you just have to wait till it fixes in the system on its own . Supervisors have no control over any of the system issues its over their heads .

Please people tell me what to do to get the money back if i pay the iv fee twice .

Asknvc@state.gov, usual email format, explain why you need a refund etc. you can't request it if you haven't paid twice already . So can't be like hey I want my money back before I pay again you have to pay again first then request . Edited by Morganalmonshid94

So, we just received a checklist - for the fee payment

We paid our AOS fee on 5/21 - a month ago, sent the proof payment two weeks ago, yet it is still showing as unpaid

The checklist also calls for the IV payment

It's been 4 weeks since our DS261 was approved, we are flagged for the sup review and IV invoice was never issued

Morgan, what did you say when are the sups available?

Thank you

So I logged in to CEAC today to check if the 260 was available. But I was alarmed to see my AOS fees showing NOT PAID. I checked the payment receipts and it shows as paid on June 1st. It showed up as Paid all month up until now. Anyone able to offer any insight as to why this might be happening?

they told me Monday morning they have meetings regarding the week and so on so you want to wait till about 9-12 but all the other days of the week I'd try to get one as soon as they open so they don't say sorry one is busy . Just say you need a supervisor to talk about your case in specific if you give the rep exactly what you want to ask about they'll try to tell you there's nothing a supervisor can do blah blah then one happens to not be available when they check . I tell them I've been trying to speak to a supervisor for 2 weeks just so they feel bad and try to get one lol . Always works .

Ill try calling then on Tuesday for the sup

Sending the proof of payment through the mail now... again

Dunno if this sounds strange or not, but getting the checklist made me feel a tiny bit better. At least there is some movement on our case

That happened to us too. It usually takes about 2 days for the case to be accessible, while due to the website issues ours took 3 + weeks.

I World call agan to make sure the numbers are correct, and would then give it 48-72 hrs.

i called them the next day and i got the correct numbers, i asked them why i still could not sign in, then the rep named hazel said they're having a lot of issues with the system, so she went ahead and did the choice of agent via phone. I myself as the petitioner chose as the agent. She asked my email address and i gave my benefiary's email too. Now she said i should get the invoice fees by mail and i can pay by mail. Last saturday i received the welcome letter with the AOS invoice in it. Should i go ahead and mail my payment for AOS? or is it better to just wait till ill be able to log in and pay online?. i have no idea if paying by mail takes slower process, but then i don't know when ill be able to log in.. :clock:

I am a wrong person to ask

We are waaaay behind in this game, we paid the AOS fees exactly a month ago by express mail /MO

Well, it's been a month since the fees have been paid, three weeks since our DS261 reviewed and we have no IV bill, and our AOS bill still shows as unpaid.

We even got a checklist for it.

But I have seen plenty of peeps here that have mailed out fees and were fine

I have seen some that paid online, just for the system to go back to Not Paid when they log in

Whatever you do, ... Good luck

My apologies for not being more helpful.
