morgan, after getting the IV fee invoice how long did it take for the online payment link opened for you. I am sorry i couldn't figure that from your timeline, i know you mailed it may 15, and then you were a lucky gambler to pay it twice and now ds-260 opened. but curious when the online link became available to you, i am trying to guesstimate how long will it become enabled for me. ofcourse there is no estimate from the nvc phone agents

no worries, I was invoiced on May 8th, it switched from 0.00 to the 325.00 and would allow me the option to pay it on June 5th so just shy of a month . Several other people with dates around mine had the same outcome as well . And me and tool(other vj member) just did the exact same thing paying it online and everything worked for us both .

or perhaps thinking positively their website and database stuff will get fixed by next week since 100 plus experts are now working around the clock

I think a month is what it looks like to open up for people, because anyone that got invoiced around the time I did it opened up around the same time as mine did as well, and yeah I hope they get the issue at the embassy's fixed as well .

yes that's what i meant, i was invoiced about two weeks ago, sent the cheque, they sent me the receipt this week but ds-260 is not available and neither the option to pay online.

so that's why i am guessing maybe next week or maybe 2 weeks , who knows.

oh btw congrats on finally being able to fill ds-260 to you and toozler

If you can, as soon as the IV fee becomes available online, pay it. I also sent a check, cashed 35 days ago. Now that it became payable online, the DS260 only took 2 days to become available.

I will figure out how to get a refund later once the paperwork leaves the NVC to embassy, not even sure if I will get a refund...

Just want to get tihs (<-- read it backwards) done.

i am right there with you, i check 3-4 times every hour if i can pay online as well. i will worry about refund later, i also want to get over with tihs process.

this week has been extra difficult, no idea why, i think mainly because we were planning a trip around july 4th holiday and now that's not possible being continents apart.

and 2 months from today will be 1 year anniversary.

SO IT SEEMS THAT NVC IS NOT REVIEWING ANY CASE AT ALL.. I THINK NOBODY IS GETTING CC AFTER MAY 13.

I read somewhere in the post that even the case is completed we cant progress, because of the website is down?? Does any of you paid the fee using single moneyorder as they mentioned. I talked to a rep in NVC, she is not even ready to explain anything to me except sorry I cant help you. I don't even have access to payment portal so I am not sure if I ever get to do the payment online. The rep says your AOS shows paid, you will get IV fee in the web site and please pay in that. And she said she got a meeting with supervisor and they are going. I am gonnu ask my husband to talk to the supervisor.

I am thinking to create a petition for Obama in the below link for this. Will that make any sense??

Here is where we are:

Case assigned on 5/5, Paid AOS fee with MO on 5/21, we obtained a copy of the cleared USPS MO with a date of 5/22

To this date, the AOS fee still shows as unpaid, no IV bill, although DS261 was reviewed on 6/1

We are sent the proof of payment via express mail and email last week.

As of today, our AOS is showing unpaid, there is no IV bill and our case has been placed on the supervisor review.

Contact your state official.

We did too, apparently they are working on our behalf.

I called my scan is 5/18 and they told me to call next week.....but someone else called and the rep told her they are currently processing anything up to 5/13 so I am not sure

IV fee invoice was generated on the 11th of June but i still cant pay it because it shows as 0.00 $ on the CEAC portal. Anyone else having similar issues? Those who received their invoice around 11th of June?
