I paid by mail in the middle of May, still has showed not paid and n/a for the application . I paid it online (now the second time counting the mail one I paid) and it went straight to in process and the iv application now says "not started" but cannot click yet . I'm hoping that when the fee switches to paid I will be able to click and start the application .

Did you call them to unlock IV fee online?. Oh..I am so jealous...:(

I just had a baby boy today , how unlucky I'm I couldn't even a eye witness of my child, I even tried for a expedite and its been denied, dnt know when I'm gonna see my baby!!!!!!

heard so many stories like this that it breaks my heart. my friend had a very complicated pregnancy and the child stayed at hospital for over a month when he was born, and has gone thru some surgeries since the birth. the child is now 8 months now and the father still hasn't seen the baby. they did not approve their expedite request and now they are stuck with checklist for same item which they got checklisted in may and were confirmed they have the checklist document. they are under supervisor review at the moment. :(

seeing all this, and going through my own rollercoaster of events, it seems like its breaking me from the inside. i have been at times labelled as way too strong and emotionless but this journey has done extremes to my personality.

Congratulations!

Makes me feel a little selfish on wanting my application to be processed quickly. Although we have only spent 10 days together during the last 6 months and have been delaying our lives longer than we wished to, I would let you "skip the line" only if I could.. I'm surprised they wouldn't approve an express processing request in this case. Hopefully you will be there soon.

UPDATE: paid fee a few mins ago, now says in process so we shall see how this goes in the next few days AS WELL where it says iv application it says not started so I do indeed think once it goes to paid it will let me click, fingers crossed .

Well..I too paid it online last week since it wasn't showing in my case when i logged in and they could not process my Money order in their system even though it was cashed....

Just to inform u when ur IV fees status changes to PAID...immediately ur DS-260 will unlock and u will be able to fill it. Keep everything handy as u will need all the info of beneficiary....and fill the form and submit. At last u will get a confirmation with confirmation code. Take the print out and u will also be able to take the print of the DS-260 form which u submitted.

After this call NVC after 2-3 days and ask them that what is showing for ur case in their system...but unfortunately they will say that its not showing as PAID or DS-260 as completed...so tell them to login with ur Invoice ID and check...then they will do that and inform u that yes ur fees is paid and blah..blah...blah.....wait 30-40 days to get that reviewed...

But once or twice in a week do call them and tell them that u have filled ur DS260 and they should check in their system..keep up the follow up until the point ur DS-260 is reviewed....this is the only way i think we can speed our DS260 review otherwise i have seen many people sitting for 50-60 days just for DS-260 review.....All the Best

When my fee showed PAID , form appeared after 3days... and remained there for 3,4 days
