Mine is day 78 since SD still waiting for cc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG what do they tell you when you call NVC?? When did you start the supervisor review?

Just got off the Phone with NVC rep...today is day 31/30. She flagged case for supervisor review and advised it could take up to 42 days (that is so dumb). Guess there's nothing I can do but keep calling and pestering them until CC.

My advice - don't call them obsessively, it won't change a thing. Just relax and wait. I am currently on day 15 of supervisor review.

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

I'm not sure what the whole "supervisor review" means. The last time I talked with a rep, she told me that all my files were in and my DS260 was waiting to be reviewed, I had no checklists (I specifically asked if I had a checklist, she said no. ) So it may be that they are backed up or the website is very glitchy. I hope you move forward soon and get a Case complete.

Thank you - and the same to you. Do we just keep calling to find out, or do we wait? Part of me is too scared to call again now in case it annoys them and they make me wait longer!

Day 50 since SD, still nothing!! (((( so depressing

Are you both on supervisor review??? This is super scary :( I just went onto supervisor review 2 days ago on day 38/30 (SD May 8th). Are we just meant to wait for them to contact us now? Seems like calling all the time doesn't help at all. How long after CC do they let you know? And how do they let you know - email/SMS, or what?

fatoosh13, what is your scan date? What was the checklist for? Hopefully something you can correct quickly?

scan date was may 11 but I sent everything April 30th. the checklist is for AOS to be corrected my brother needs to add his wife on part 6A and B. and her name as a household member, that's what I was told over the phone. I am waiting for them to send me the checklist so I can send it back with the cover sheet. They said by next week I should get the checklist :sleepy:

That is so rough :( Does anybody actually even know WHY some cases go under supervisor review? And why our cases weren't reviewed 'within normal processing times' to begin with? Is it just random bad luck, or is there some other reason for all of this?

So what doesn't make sense to me is that I called my husbands embassy today and the consular section said they had not received the expedite request yet and due to the system errors it would take at least a month to even get an answer, now I just received a letter from nvc saying the expedite was denied (go figure it was expected) . I'm more mad at the fact that everyone in immigration likes to lie . Oh we don't have record of your case or email yet you denied it today ? (know that I called an hour before they would close) Cool . -__- guess I made the right decision in paying the fee again today .

I just had a baby boy today , how unlucky I'm I couldn't even a eye witness of my child, I even tried for a expedite and its been denied, dnt know when I'm gonna see my baby!!!!!!
