In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

Use internet explorer for some reason that's the browser to use they say .

Ok.I tried that and same happens again. Where is my much awaited ds 260????....

Guys please do fill DS260 as soon as it shows in your account :dancing: otherwise this form has a tremendous ability to disappear again...

gosh this made me so excited to see you get it after paying but for this to happen I think I'd scream, how quick did it show up after your fee went to paid ?

Embassy tried to tell me because of the system issues they can't even process a expedite request for up to a month, what is the point of my expedite request after a month, stupid people . I'm paying the fee again to see what happens I'm done at this point .

March 18, 2015 = Sent I-130

March 26, 2015 = NOA1 ( Nebraska Service Center)

March 23, 2015 = Priority Date

April 20, 2015 = NOA2

April 28, 2015 = Case was sent to NVC

May 18, 2015 = Received case number and Invoice ID by phone

May 29, 2015 = Filled DS-261

June 1, 2015 = Received Welcome Letter from NVC

June 2, 2015 = AOS "PAID"

June 5, 2015 = Sent AOS/IV packet

June 10, 2015 = SCAN DATE :whistle: :bonk:

June 12, 2015 = DS 261 Completed

June 16, 2015 = Received IV invoice

June 29, 2015 = Mailed IV payment

July 7, 2015 = PAID IV on CEAC and filed out DS 260

July 10, 2015 = checklist email

Did you wait for long for update of your summary in portal?

I paid by mail in the middle of May, still has showed not paid and n/a for the application . I paid it online (now the second time counting the mail one I paid) and it went straight to in process and the iv application now says "not started" but cannot click yet . I'm hoping that when the fee switches to paid I will be able to click and start the application . Edited by Morganalmonshid94

Morganalmonshid94, I feel you people blessed as you are little behind....Believe me... Every process @ nvc is damn slow. I sent docs to nvc on 27th and they gave me Scan date after 3wks :devil:

When my fee showed PAID , form appeared after 3days... and remained there for 3,4 days

my iv app just went from n/a to not started and fee is in process is that the same way yours was looking when you first paid ?

yeah... first it will show PAID(within 2-3days) then NOT STARTED will go into START NOW(again after 2,3days) .. best of luck

Just got off the Phone with NVC rep...today is day 31/30. She flagged case for supervisor review and advised it could take up to 42 days (that is so dumb). Guess there's nothing I can do but keep calling and pestering them until CC.
