she said there's no reason if you happen to pay it twice that they wouldn't refund you, you just explain why you want it and that's it . I feel supervisors are the only people that at least try to do their jobs at times .

Good to know, we are going to pay it again.

The question is: are people getting their DS260 after paying online? Immediately? In a few days?

Can anyone that have paid online confirm?

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

Good to know, we are going to pay it again.

The question is: are people getting their DS260 after paying online? Immediately? In a few days?

Can anyone that have paid online confirm?

I've watched several people that were patient and waited till they could pay online pay online and get access within 3 days after it went to paid . They're a few pages back in this thread I think but I've seen no body have issues getting the ds-260 that have paid online recently . That's why I'm going to do it soon as they reply to my expedite .

Oh come on, really what is it ..... (I paid online,status showed PAID and there was form ds 260 available)... Today I logged into compete that form and look what I found .... Ds 260 is gone N/A ...... and they are asking me to pay again ...325 again .....

anybody who has this sort of experience?????

SD May 8th, Day 39/30. I've just been told by the NVC that because our case is 'outside of normal processing times', that it went under supervisor review yesterday, and I must now wait another 42 days for a supervisor to review it. Please tell me this is not going to be another 42 days!!!!

Oh no :( Sorry to hear it :( What does this 'supervisor review' mean anyway? Is there a problem with our cases? Do you know if they actually take the whole 42 days to review, or are they just saying that to stop us from callign every day??

Yes, I paid everything. The IV was paid on April 27th. I Filled out and turned in the DS260 form May 4th. :protest::clock::cry:

I'm and still waiting. I wonder if i should just call tomorrow and ask to speak to a supervisor ..

I'm not sure what the whole "supervisor review" means. The last time I talked with a rep, she told me that all my files were in and my DS260 was waiting to be reviewed, I had no checklists (I specifically asked if I had a checklist, she said no. ) So it may be that they are backed up or the website is very glitchy. I hope you move forward soon and get a Case complete.

Hey guy today is 29/30 days should I call them or just wait for an email?

Agnieska1234 if i remember correctly we share the 5/18 scan date...i called about 30 minutes ago and still didnt have CC... He said ther is still 8 hours left in their work day so to try back later or tomorrow... Guess i'll wait til tomorrow but thats only if I can keep my hands of my phone.
