So today I spoke to the supervisor about the refund thing and she says they have a department that processes refunds if I happen to "accidentally" pay it twice . I hate the first level people they never know anything I prefer supervisors .

HI EVERYONE! MY SCAN DATE FOR A CHECKLIST MAY 13, IM STILL WAITING TO GET CC.. IT IS NORMAL I HAVE 35 DAYS TODAY AND THEY ONLY HAVE TO REVIEW MY I864 ??? ANY ONE WAITING WITH THE SAME SD?????

Got a scan date for checklist May 6th and no case complete. I called again today and the advisor was super rude, so will try again tomorrow.

Ok so rep tells me that even if you try to pay again online it isn't going to open the ds-260, that even people paying online can't access it which is bs I've seen otherwise, she said they cannot promise a refund but if you send an email to asknvc requesting a refund and with all the required info that it can be technically possible but not promised . Someone want to take the risk ? Lol

Yes, I remember seeing otherwise too on the forum. In short terms, they have no idea and rep just told you that so you don't end up paying and then complain that an NVC operator made you pay twice.

yeah a supervisor not a rep told me today it's possible to get a refund so I'll give it until I hear from my expedite request then I'm just going go for it .

yeah a supervisor not a rep told me today it's possible to get a refund so I'll give it until I hear from my expedite request then I'm just going go for it .

I'll try to call them first to see what's up with my other documents (scan date 05/11) and then talk to husband about paying again

she said there's no reason if you happen to pay it twice that they wouldn't refund you, you just explain why you want it and that's it . I feel supervisors are the only people that at least try to do their jobs at times .

no it WAS, then it is now 45 ish or so . No matter what ep is slow mine went fast reviewed 33 days each time but I call so much they get tired of me I think .

Hi I just got off the phone with an operator she told me that my case was reviewed and there is a check list for me that i will receive shortly and did explain that my co sponsor needs to add his wife on his AOS because he used her income. she also told me that my DS260 was reviewed and it looks fine

yeah I'm so rude honestly haha this morning I swear on everything my exact words after they asked how may I help you I said " you can't supervisor please" their like well alright lol .

lol i was calling them 3 times a day, sometimes I would hang up on my agent and call again to see if i get a different answer. I drove them nuts, I feel sorry for them that they had to deal with me. Anyways I guess my checklist will be e mailed to me, I already did what she asked me to fix right away. I am just waiting for them to send me the check list so I can scan it and send it to them with the corrected AOS. I pray this will go smoothly

I don't understand why the supervisors can't just say by themselves "look you can pay again online it will unlock the form and you will be reimbursed"

why do we have to come up with this idea after 2 months and they are like "why not"

How long does the NVC take to email you the checklist. I just spoke to an agent and she told me what I was missing and there is a checklist for me, but she never said when I will receive the checklist?

if you've already fixed it attach one of the barcodes sheets you already have and send the email on its way I used the same barcode sheet I sent with my first documents didn't even bother waiting for the email . No problems when the reviewed it again .

exactly that's what the supervisor told me I was like do you know I've been waiting for a very long time and I know you guys are tired of me I won't stop calling till you give me options lol .

That happened to us too. It usually takes about 2 days for the case to be accessible, while due to the website issues ours took 3 + weeks.

I World call agan to make sure the numbers are correct, and would then give it 48-72 hrs.

Thank you! I called them again today because i still cant sign in..i got the right infos they gave me..the rep let me choose the agent by phone..ill get the bill by mail too..
