Same here. Received the IV invoice email at 5:30 AM PT. Logged into the portal but the IV payment say $0. I did however, speak with an operator last Thursday who said it can take up to a week after DS-261 is reviewed for the IV payment to be available. Our DS-261 was reviewed on June 9. Going to give it a few more days then call NVC.

What's going on at the NVC?

I received a second IV invoice this afternoon. The first IV invoice was dated June 10. The second IV invoice was dated June 12. Both invoices arrived on Sunday about 7 hours apart.

Still no luck with the online payment system.

Our ds261 was reviewed on 6/1 and we still haven't received the IV invoice.

This is the checklist i got today dated june 12 , The SAME EXACT ONE i got april 27 . Ecxept this time they ask for my affidavit of support INSTEAD of my sponsor . wondering why ?

i put

part 3 item 7 : 1

part 5 item 1 : 1

house hld size : 2

also i send my sponsor 2014 tax transcript , w2 , pay stabs , employer letter , proof of citizenship , The whole 9 yards

looks like a lot of duplicate checklists and invoices went out dated june 12, arriving in our inboxes on sunday. I got duplicate IV invoice, my friend received the same checklist she received early may also dated june12, while the rep today us last wednesday they had the checklist item and the friend would get cc anyday now.... whats next, hmm maybe we will get the winning lotto numbers?

I too got a duplicate IV bill. But couldn't able to fill up DS-260. Does anyone got access to DS-260 after paying the fee? We are going to send out the fee and documents by mail today. There is no light I can see, by waiting..

Quick question people. Is it okay to send both fees and documents on the same day? Or wait for the fees to be cashed before sending in the documents?

In our case we managed to send documents once the AOS was paid while you can use the bar-code cover sheet!!

I am not sure about it, but when I called NVC rep said we can send the documents and fee. She didn't ask to wait for the Fee receipt to send the documents. There is a Document cover sheet attached with the AOS and IV invoice. So we are planning to keep that cover sheet on top to send the Documents.

We are going to send it today, so we will start the clock for 30 days. hope within this 30 days CEAC site will get resolved there issue.

Just talked to NVC rep. She confirmed we can send the money order and documents on same day. Both has to be sent to different address, so keep it in mind.

No need to wait for payment site.

She said website is totally down, and don't rely anything on the site. and also said 'Pay your fees, once its processed we can get you access to DS-260'. So I am going to mail fee and documents today. If anyone waiting, pls think abt it.

Yes, we decided to mail the fees today as well. Spoke to 'Kirk' and he said that people from NVC are processing the fees mailed pretty well, coz I told him that maybe the site wont be updated to 'paid' after the money order gets cashed.

This part of the process is truly a gamble. ? I pray for everyone's journey to be finished on time and the site to be fixed ASAP. ?

yeah .... Im planning to fill it today or tm..... but i will recommend you to wait for online payment..... It worked for me very well

when did you recieve the IV invoice? Were you able to fill it out immediately after you received the invoice?

i think i got their invoice on 20th MAY... i was abletopay on 24 and ds 260 is there on 29th.....
