We are having a payment issue

We sent the docs on 05/20, got a letter from NVC that the docs were received on 05/21, but the reps keep saying that the scan date is 05/27

AOS payment on the other hand.. was sent on 05/20, received by a payment center on 05/21, got a copy of the cleared MO from a USPS, date cleared 05/22

NVC still showing as NOT PAID. Reps keep saying that it takes 21 days, which was today.

I sent the letter today with a payment proof today to an email, via express mail and a copy to my congressman, as they are aware of this long delay.

Might be an overkill but 6 weeks of issues is just about 5.5 weeks too long

So you did not get any EMAIL from nvc that they received your documents?? just a mail... right...

Can you please tell me specifically when you got that letter from nvc about receiving the papers

I think NVC people are deliberately not opening and scanning the packages..... :( :(

It is unethical and NONPROFESSIONAL :dancing: ...

My attorney sent documents to nvc on 27th... I called nvc and the rep told me they did not receive our package yet..... its been 2 wks.....

and I am not seeing much SD in recent days.. Does anyone else having the problem ......????

May be now we are having an issue with nvc SD process:( :( May Be A New Crisis @ NVC )

and she is very positive on it.....

Email was dated 6/2 and was sent 6/2 as well

The reps keep saying the scan date is 5/27

But the docs were received on 5/21

When will they solve this technical issue, being a software engineer.. I feel like if they allow me I can fix it for free of service.

I gv only 6days for them to fix it, else I am gonnu send the fees by mail. DS-260 they hv to gv me access without any choice.. :ranting:

Don't nod your head for everything what attorney say because same thing happened to me, my one said she did the mailing thing and three weeks later I found out that she have email those not post mail so, I told her that you have to do the post mail not email so then only the actual mail happened. I'm not saying same thing happened to you but get the tracking number or delivery confirmation from your attorney so you can figure out what really happened.

We just waited for the IV fee invoice to arrive in our emails. How are you planning to pay the IV fee? Via mail or online?

we are going to pay online, the same way we paid the AOS fee. Hope we dont get the error most people are getting :S

They received my case yesterday, and advised me to call back in 30 days, but is it typically less than this?

Yeah, most of the people here got their case number in 10-14 business days! I got mine in 10
