In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

Case Complete, I received the interview letter today 40/30 from scan date, email was dated from June 4th.

Congratulations! When is your interview? Thank goodness, it's almost over for you! My SD is May 8th, so 33/30 for me, nothing yet. Too scared to call again in case I'm just disappointed again!

Called at 6:59am - always get through to hold first time that way - and still no beans. Wait, wait, wait!

33/30 here - SD May 8th. Still nothing for me either. Haven't tried yet today, think I'll wait till about 6pm their time to try again. Not so sure about the 'patience' part - I wouldn't call what I'm feeling patience. More like blind determination to finally see and end to this awful separation.

scan dates 11th may to 15th may... any one get case complete (cc) ??? NVC which dates processing right now ??

My scan date is May 4. Got a checklist on June 9 because we haven't submitted the DS-260, which we can't access regardless of having paid the fee 20 days ago.

It would have been a case complete in 35 days, but a checklist instead.

is your ds-261 reviewed? thats who they would email, please call and get your ds-261 reviewed and you can ask them about docs as well. they should have received your docs by now if you sent them overnight or 2day.

Wow, that really sucks. Getting a checklist for something that's actually their fault. Did you try call them to get them to review your DS-260 on the phone? I know others have had success doing it that way.

Yes, we have called but they always say "it's an website issue that is being resolved".

We weren't able to submit the DS260, but hopefully once we do, we will get someone to review it quickly.

I-130 approved, I-601A approved, Attorney submitted our DS260 online on June 1st and attorney mailed the AOS and supporting documents for Visa on June 4th, so we are just starting our count down...

25 days after having paid the IV fee and receiving a receipt by e-mail, the CEAC website still shows it as unpaid and no DS-260 available.

The is the type of thing that would take an operator less than a minute to verify and update, but having it done is like pulling teeth..

So much for paying taxes and fees... Do they have an ombudsman?

please ignore my ignorance, but what's a scan date? the date towards top of the letter which they sent they received my documents or where it says we received your docs on such and such date. thanks.

bad news is, they say that they take 30 days in average to review the ds260 :blink:

Big setback today. We received a checklist. I am on the phone on hold waiting to talk to them now. The checklists asks for a police certificate from Romania. From what I read in the instructions, since she has been living in Germany for the last 8 years, we sent a police certificate from Germany. Were we supposed to send a police certificate from both countries?? If we do need to get a Romanian police certificate, it will take about 30 days for the consulate to process that, then 45 days for the NVC to review that one paper. All in all, we may have to wait 3 more months to be together for a piece of paper that has nothing on it since she has no police record :(.
