Have you tried calling NVC? After paying IV fee your DS260 should open for filling (right?)

Need some assistance if you can advise...

I have submitted AOS / IV documents to NVC and they confirmed me that they received it on May,18 2015 but i am still unable to fill DS260 though i paid IV fees and received receipt email also..meaning unless we do not fill DS 260...they wont review our documents.

USCIS:

2015/3/23: I-130 Sent: (Let's start the waiting game!)

2015/3/25: NOA1 Sent by email, case routed to the USCIS California Service Center (hardcopy 2015/6/4)

2015/4/21: NOA2 (email; got hardcopy in 2015/5/6)

NVC:

2015/5/21: Got NVC case # and IIN

2015/5/29: Filled DS261 online

2015/6/1: Payed AOS fee online

2015/6/5: Sent AOS and IV packages

2015/6/8: DS261 reviewed over the phone

2015/6/8: Scan Date

2015/7/5: Payed IV fee online

2015/7/8: Filled DS260

2015/7/23: Checklist!!

2015/7/25: Checklist Scan Date

2015/8/18: NVC CC

2015/9/11: Interview Scheduled for October 8th (no letter yet, just called NVC!)

2015/10/1: Medical

2015/10/8: Interview - Approved!!!

2015/10/30: POE

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

Hello!.. I just called NVC and i asked what's going on my case. The rep said, my DS 261 is under review Right Now. She said, wait for a couple of days...is it possible for IV to be able to pay this week?..

March 18, 2015 = Sent I-130

March 26, 2015 = NOA1 ( Nebraska Service Center)

March 23, 2015 = Priority Date

April 20, 2015 = NOA2

April 28, 2015 = Case was sent to NVC

May 18, 2015 = Received case number and Invoice ID by phone

May 29, 2015 = Filled DS-261

June 1, 2015 = Received Welcome Letter from NVC

June 2, 2015 = AOS "PAID"

June 5, 2015 = Sent AOS/IV packet

June 10, 2015 = SCAN DATE :whistle: :bonk:

June 12, 2015 = DS 261 Completed

June 16, 2015 = Received IV invoice

June 29, 2015 = Mailed IV payment

July 7, 2015 = PAID IV on CEAC and filed out DS 260

July 10, 2015 = checklist email

Our scan date is May 4th. We mailed the IV payment because the online system wasn't working and received an e-mail receipt dated May 15th. The DS260 didn't become available online nor the status changed to "paid"

Today, June 9th, we got a checklist for the missing DS260 :cry:

Anyone got any luck calling them to make the DS260 available?

10/22/2014 - NOA1 (Nebraska Service Center)

04/01/2015 - NOA2 (161 days)

NVC

04/16/2015 - NVC Received

04/23/2015 - Case # assigned / DS-261 completed

04/24/2015 - AOS fee invoiced and paid

04/30/2015 - AOS+IV packages mailed

05/04/2015 - AOS+IV packages received (scan date)

05/15/2015 - IV fee money order payment confirmed

06/03/2015 - Checklist received: missing DS-260 form

06/19/2015 - DS-260 available online and submitted

07/31/2015 - Case Complete (107 days from arriving @NVC or 89 days from scan date)

Embassy

08/25/2015 - Scheduled interview

09/21/2015 - Interview, approved!

Married 2001, conditional resident 2003, permanent resident 2005.Left U.S 2012, abandoned green card 2013.Applied I-130 Nov 2014, approved Dec 2014. DS260 13th Apr 2015. Docs sent 27 Apr. Scan date May 1. Case complete June 4!Interview July 14th, rescheduled to Oct 20th.  Applied for N400 on November 6th, 2018. I'm the immigrant :)

April 9: paid AOS fee + completed DS261 (chose 3rd party agent)
May 18: AOS/IV scan date
May 19: called NVC to have DS261 reviewed over phone; told that it's impossible because of the 3rd party agent
May 21: 42 days (30 business days) from date DS261 was completed - still no IV fee
May 26: 47 days from DS261 - called NVC, told DS261 still not reviewed (citing site problems)
May 26: changed agent to myself (petitioner) and called NVC again - had DS261 reviewed over the phone :bonk: told 5-6 days before IV fee will open
June 3: 8 days since DS261 reviewed over phone - No IV fee; called NVC and told that it's 10 days from review, not 5-6...
June 6: 10 days from DS261 - still no IV fee; discovered troubleshooting hotline and called; told IV fee would be invoiced via email within 7 days and our case would be added to "the programmers' list"
June 9: still waiting. :dead: They have until Friday (at which point they will say "just a few more days," I'm sure :clock: )

What's the number for that? Our IV fee has been paid for over 2 weeks but the website still doesn't show as "paid" or allows the DS-260 to be filled.

What's the number for that? Our IV fee has been paid for over 2 weeks but the website still doesn't show as "paid" or allows the DS-260 to be filled.

well the ds261 takes 2 seconds to review so I don't see how someone can say it's under review like it takes time . but yes it is suppose to take 42 days if you do not call to ask someone to review it .

I called the NVC and the rep said my case arrived on the 5th. Now I need to decide when I should start bugging them for my case number....

My case arrived at NVC around the same time. I'm calling for the first time to bug about a case number tonight. If no luck, I'll call again Friday night. ;)

I-130 Sent: 2015/04/08 - USC filing from abroad

NOA 1: 2015/04/10

NOA 2: 2015/05/20 - 40 days!!

NVC Received: 2015/06/05

Case number assigned: 2015/06/17

Submitted DS-261: 2015/07/05

Paid AOS fee: 2015/07/10

Paid IV fee: 2015/07/27

Submitted via email AOS and IV packets: 2015/07/27

Checklist: 2015/08/05 - for DS-260 was having website difficulties and didn't realise they would review our case in 11 days.

Submitted DS-260: 2015/08/07

Supervisor Review: 2015/09/14 - 38 days after submitted DS-260 and still waiting

Checklist/Email from Supervisor?: 2015/09/18 - for missing police certificate, even though we were suppose to submit directly to the Australian consulate. Emailed them as requested stating that info and called stating that info was told to wait another 30 days for them to respond?!?!?!?! :ranting: At least now I'm in direct email communication with a someone.

Case Complete!! - 2015/09/22 - 110 days
