BOOOYAAAAAA!!!!!

just called NVC and the rep tyler made me the happiest woman alive by telling me that i have a CC!!! :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

i think he is deaf now, cuz i yelled in his ear, so dont call him today anymore :rofl:

Congrats!!!!! only one step left good luck :)

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

ok its been a long time since I been here .. CASE COMPLETE 6/3!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hmm I called on 6/3 and the guy said no cc but I guess it got completed as soon as I hung up!!! sd 5/4 or 5/7 not sure which .. letter says 5/4 NVC says 5/7

im finally out of this hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

update: I still don't see 3 NAs

I-130 Approved: November 14, 2014 ( after two service request) 

NVC: 6 months
Received : December 1, 2014
Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : January 1, 2015
Pay AOS Bill : January 9, 2015
Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)
Pay IV Bill : January 23, 2015
Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

USA LIFE
US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

hi, does anyone know the procedure for changing the embassy from one country to another? i intended to have my interview in London, but now want to transfer it to Kiev, Ukraine

and my docs still hasn't been reviewed, day 41, sd 28th of April :/

Why do you want to transfer it to Kiev? Have you moved there and are now a resident of Ukraine?

I know first hand about checklists!! send it ASAP .. I stapled all my stuff together because either they was going to have all of it or none of it lol

Why do you want to transfer it to Kiev? Have you moved there and are now a resident of Ukraine?

I hold Ukrainian citizenship, born and raised there, but I have been living in the UK for the past 5 years on student visa, so I applied for the green card from the UK. but my residency expires soon, so am thinking of having an interview in Kiev

Anybody still have difficulties paying fees online? My husband paid the AOS fee twice electronically, to no avail. We also were unsuccessful in contacting NVC. So now, we are thinking of just mailing a check/ money order. NVC's website is instructing to mail the invoices with the payment, but my husband did not receive anything. Should we go with the payment through mail, since we have all the details?

Ah, okay. You can call NVC and explain this, and they'll likely tell you to email them your request, along with proof of Ukraine citizenship and residency (so you may have to move there first before you can request, but not 100% sure).

FINALLY!!!! Case complete today! Still don't see 3 N/As, though...

Mar 2014 - Married

5/7/14?? - Attorney mailed paperwork

5/15/14 DHS cashed check

5/19/14 - NOA1 received with PD 5/12/14

10/17/14 - NOA2 received

10/28/14 - Email received that file has been sent to NVC

11/13/14 - NVC received file

12/10/14 - NVC Assigned case number

12/12/14 - AOS Fee Invoiced

12/13/14 - Submit email to NVC to remove attorney as DS-261 Agent

12/16/14 - AOS Fee showing as Paid

12/17/14 - IV Fee invoiced

12/20/14 - IV fee available and paid

12/27/14 - DS-260 submitted

1/2/15 - AOS and IV packages sent to NVC

1/5/15 - USPS delivered packages to NVC

1/7/15 - NVC scanned in packages. Let the countdown begin...

1/30/15 - FINALLY got a reply to my email to remove the attorney from the DS-261

3/9/15 - Called NVC and they have checklisted us for an "incorrect" decree absolute from the UK, even though it is the legal official document. Have requested a supervisor review.

4/28/15 - Called and NVC said supervisor had reviewed and now claimed that the decree absolute was not included. After disagreeing with the less than helpful lady on the phone, and her not being able to get the review time right. (She kept changing her story between 42 days and 30 days).

4/30/15 - Sent the same copy of the decree absolute to the NVC from the UK, highlighting the "decree absolute" wording with a letter stating that this is the only document provided by the UK government.

5/6/15 - Scan date for checklist received.

6/5/15 - Case complete!!!

6/12/15 - Called and interview is scheduled for July 1!

6/14/15 - Received email with interview date and instructions.

6/19/15 - Case showing as ready on CEAC.

7/1/15 - Approved at interview!!!

7/6/15 - CEAC changed to Administrative Processing

7/7/15 - CEAC changed to Issued!!!!!

7/10/15 - Passport and packet delivered!

7/29/15 - Husband entered with visa at Dallas/Fort Worth airport

9/29/15 - GC delivered!!!

5/4/17 - ROC packet sent via USPS

5/9/17 - Tracking shows delivered

5/17/17 - Check cashed

5/19/17 - NOA1 received with date of 5/8/17

5/27/17 - Biometrics appt received 6/8/17

did the money get taken from the account when he tried to pay online because if it has you are paying the fee again and they will not refund . Try calling at 6:59am their time to get through you need to check and see if it's gone through and the system is just not showing it yet due to all the problems they've been having .

thank you all soooo much, i'm so happy i went out to celebrate, went to see my parents too but they weren't that excited about my good news lol
