The best suggestion I can suggest is wait 1 week and hopefully you will be able to AOS online, if not then you will have received IV invoice in the week, and perhaps you can pay them both online. Else you can send both the payments in one check (important) and send them via overnight mail. They say it can take upto 21 days but most of us had payments processed in less than week. Waiting few more days you will win either way you gamble.

oh and in the meantime, gather your AOS package and IV package together, you want to send these soon as well

Thanks TeJoGB.

I have all the documents for AOS and IV, my husband needs to take print out of them and send. As you suggest I will wait for a week or two, meantime will have the AOS/IV Package as well ready. So we should be able to send both together. Then wait for Ds-260..

Guys,

I got the AOS bill, also called NVC and selected agent as well. They said we will receive the IV bill this week. But I am not able to do payment online. It says N/A for me. Can anyone suggest wat is the best to do? Wait for the CEAC site to come online? or send by email. I see some of them who sent by mail not able to fill up DS 260. Anyone able to fill it by paying mail. Your advice is very much needed.

I agree with TeJoBG's advise. Wait until june 13. That's when NVC is done wit manually putting all the IV cheques in the system (from all the people who couldnt pay online). If you send a checque now, you'll just end up in the pile of cheques.

I can also see that they are making progress with the system error. My IV bill shows up in the system now. Before it just said $0,-- after clicking on "pay now". Now it finally says the amount of $325. But we already paid by cheque so we can't use that link now, we don't wanna pay that fee twice. We are "patiently" waiting untill our cheque will be manually processed and then we will be able to file ds260.

And yes, IV and OAS package: just send it in asap.

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone can help me here but this is what happened. In 2008 my husband was approved for I-130 and the form I-797, the Visa center has send me all the paperwork but during the process of which my husband was trying to obtain a Visa, he was stricken with an illness, and because his lack of health insurance in the USA he was forced to return to Brazil for treatment , because of this, his application for his petition for visa had expired. After regaining his health , my husband attempted to obtain a visa to return in the USA. The American Consulate in Brazil, denied him a visa, stating that I, his wife, must continue applying for his Visa from here. I heard that I have to start everything again but his I-130 still approved as today's date... What I have to do??? Please anyone can help me? Thank you.

Called tonight and miraculously got through the first time and didn't have to wait on hold! I found out they received my case today or maybe yesterday, the rep just said they had started putting my info in their system today. Was told to call back in 4 weeks for a case number. I figure I'll call in 1.5-2 weeks.

Do they log every time a person calls about a case? I wonder if they have it on your file if you bug them a lot on the phone.

I wouldn't wait 1.5-2 weeks to call again. It shouldn't take that long to assign a case number now that they're inputting your case. I suggest calling back next week.

And yes, they log every single call you make (date, time, purpose of call, etc).

Honestly, we send it after aos bill paid, but before we even received IV bill. We called to ask if that was ok and it was ok. They will already review your paperwork. They never made a problem that we didn't follow the steps in the correct order. They never made a problem because they have all the issues with their website. So the longer their website doesn't work the longer it takes before cc. Therefore I suggest to send in the paperwork asap.

My mom called last friday to get her ds261 reviewed, she use the 603-334-0888 the option "2" phone no. She was able to talk to some of the rep. she tried it 2 times afternoon and night. both saying that they cant access her DS261 and they told my mom to try it later that day or few days later.

My mom completed her DS261 last 05/08/2015 and paid the AOS last 06/06/2015.

What should my mom ask to get her DS261 reviewed or maybe the rep get her info and input it to their system like what they doing to those having trouble doing the DS261 online?

THANKS!
