To my Dear VJ fellow's

I received a letter in email stating all documentation for nvc processing has been completed and they will let us know about the interview date. I am guessing that this the CC which I have been waiting for a long time.

I cannot thank you all for being there whenever I needed you guys, specially a big shout out to Saylin who's efforts has helped many of us.

I will keep you all posted about the interview date when I receive it.???????????

and got case completed June 3rd. Cuz talked directly with a supervisor if not I am sure it would have taken longer for they to reviw my ds-260 form.

I sent my ds 260 since april 22 and they say 30 days its over now but still not reviewed my all other document is clear what should I do now?

Yey! Hubby just sent AOS and IV packages :) NVC should receive it on Monday

Now wait for IV fee and DS 260 to be open

We are at the same boat. My husband just sent our package today....

I called that day in the morning and they said not yet and don't know when...frustrating when they tell you anything to get you off their backs!calling today!

I was checking at caec site and accidently I clicked on my COMPLETED&REVIEWED ds261 form..... I closed it ASAP ...When I signed in again, DS261 form now shows INCOMPLETE again

Any suggestions :(

I did the exact same thing, stupidly. I just clicked next until the end of the form and sent it in again. Then it will say complete again. It will reset the clock, and you have to start counting the days all over again. It takes em 45 days to review. Normally. But with us, because I clicked on it, it took 60.....

I had the IV visa bug for a month, the website showing as "pay now" and unable to pay online

now it shows as "not paid" even though we already mailed the payment and got a confirmation on April 14th

I can't call them until tomorrow

Anybody else having the same thing ?

You're not alone in this problem. 100's of people experience the same issues.

Did you call NVC? What feedback did they give you? I suggest you call them and speak to an agent and request a review.

They already started many members in a Dominican foro named Dominicanos que solicitan residencia get their interview scheduled. They started June 3rd in the afternoon.

I got the AOS bill, also called NVC and selected agent as well. They said we will receive the IV bill this week. But I am not able to do payment online. It says N/A for me. Can anyone suggest wat is the best to do? Wait for the CEAC site to come online? or send by email. I see some of them who sent by mail not able to fill up DS 260. Anyone able to fill it by paying mail. Your advice is very much needed.

Called tonight and miraculously got through the first time and didn't have to wait on hold! I found out they received my case today or maybe yesterday, the rep just said they had started putting my info in their system today. Was told to call back in 4 weeks for a case number. I figure I'll call in 1.5-2 weeks.

Do they log every time a person calls about a case? I wonder if they have it on your file if you bug them a lot on the phone.

My case is already going on a veryyyy slow track.... So 60days will not affect much .....( a classic example of RATIONALIZATION)

The best suggestion I can suggest is wait 1 week and hopefully you will be able to AOS online, if not then you will have received IV invoice in the week, and perhaps you can pay them both online. Else you can send both the payments in one check (important) and send them via overnight mail. They say it can take upto 21 days but most of us had payments processed in less than week. Waiting few more days you will win either way you gamble.

oh and in the meantime, gather your AOS package and IV package together, you want to send these soon as well
