Good news guys, just got a case complete email notification, awaiting interview to be scheduled. Am sooooooooooo happy. I wish everyone a speedy case complete this new month.

I had the IV visa bug for a month, the website showing as "pay now" and unable to pay online

now it shows as "not paid" even though we already mailed the payment and got a confirmation on April 14th

I can't call them until tomorrow

Anybody else having the same thing ?

Lol, I know right! That's how it comes across....

And nooooo! R u kidding! How do you get the idea that recent IV bill payers are getting thru to the next step?

I called and the rep told me they haven't reviewed my DS-260 form yet because they are "backed-up"

I turned that in May 4th . so is it 30 business days or 30 days??

same with me buddy finally had some progress today as well lol so I called of course they said this was the first thing to fix and that they have to go through everyone that mailed in the fee and switch it over to paid, BY THE 13th! As well so they told me just wait and it will have to switch over before then .

I don't know what triggers it, but my employer's immigration associate told me is, the way it works is, every morning they come in, they picks up bunch of files from top shelf, and start working on them one by one.

So it's not always first come first serve.

About mail payment system, since it happens in St. Louis MO, and not with actual NVC center in New Hampshire, there could be delays in processes, depending on whether the right officer input information on right time or not.

When my login started to work, I never seen 0. It said Pay Now first with right fee, and I am sure payment center in MO might been able to directly verify payment.

I am sure all of your cases will sorted out in a day or two.

when it says to list anyone your counting in your household yes person 1 - moms name, mom her current income so look on the w2s for his parents and see what they make separately then person two - dads name, dad and so on .

Hi again....my husband is unemployed right now, does he put $0.00 on his I 864 form or still put the current income from last year listed on his ITR?...please help me...I need it asap....thanks

I was at USPS to mail my IV fee.. while in process, i just checked caec site.. LO & BEHOLD!!! It was showing that I can pay it online...I took the package which was at that time still at USPS,, cancelled the money order and PAID ONLINE A small victory

I filled my DS 261 on april8... paid fee on april 16... got ds261 reviewed by SR on may 16.... got invoice to pay IV fee on may 23.... since then i was waiting to waiting to pay IV fee ( online or mail..onine or mail..... )
