How long does the NVC take to email you the checklist. I just spoke to an agent and she told me what I was missing and there is a checklist for me, but she never said when I will receive the checklist?

The first one i got april 27th , I call to find out in the morning around 8ish , And they email me around 5pm the same day . The second one june 11th but i didn't got the email until the 14th .

LOL , Same exact checklist twice , Stupid lawyer! That's why i FIRED HIS A**&&& . LOL . I have to correct him 2 times too . AOS form And tax documents etc etc ...

lol yeah thats what my checklist for AOS. my brother was suppose to add his wifes name on his AOS because he added her income

CC June 16. Got a checklist June 1 for documents that they couldn't find even thought I sent everything. Eventually they found my missing e-mail. I called an hour ago. Original SD May 4

Oh come on, really what is it ..... (I paid online,status showed PAID and there was form ds 260 available)... Today I logged into compete that form and look what I found .... Ds 260 is gone N/A ...... and they are asking me to pay again ...325 again .....

anybody who has this sort of experience?????

My SD was 18/5 and they said wait 30 days for cc and still nothing happen , please I need to know what date last scan ?? And thanks

4th day since i received the invoice but still unable to pay the IV fee as it shows 0.00 $. Anyone else going through the same issue?

the form was there ,i opened it once,i just was busy in my routine work. I thought I will fill it after 4,5days when totally free..... and now...no ds 260.... what im supposed to do now..reps are useless everytime I call

I can understand how you feel right now. The only option left out is keep checking the site, also call them and ask for it.
