Ok so rep tells me that even if you try to pay again online it isn't going to open the ds-260, that even people paying online can't access it which is bs I've seen otherwise, she said they cannot promise a refund but if you send an email to asknvc requesting a refund and with all the required info that it can be technically possible but not promised . Someone want to take the risk ? Lol

Thanks for calling and asking. We are the point now that we are almost willing to pay it without a guarantee of a refund... It's been a while and just the thought of a couple more months added to this process is heartbreaking.

05/04/2015 - AOS+IV packages received (scan date)

05/15/2015 - IV fee money order payment confirmed

06/03/2015 - Checklist received: missing DS-260 form

06/19/2015 - DS-260 available online and submitted

07/31/2015 - Case Complete (107 days from arriving @NVC or 89 days from scan date)

08/25/2015 - Scheduled interview

09/21/2015 - Interview, approved!

10/02/2015 - Passport received

10/04/2015 - POE! (348 days from NOA1)

In order for your IV fee to be unlocked, your DS-261 must be reviewed. It takes 30 days to review it, OR you can call and have a rep review it over the phone with you. Not all reps will do this, so so

well if you get the courage to go through with it let us know, if my expedite gets denied in the next week or so I'll probably take the chance .

HELP! i just got a case number today..13 days since NVC received our case. I am the petitioner. When i attempted to enter case number and invoice number on the site, it says the case number and invoice number does not match with their records. Anybody had this issue??? Maybe the rep gave me wrong invoice number??? ANy thoughts?? Thanks

March 31, 2015 - I-130 packet mailed through USPS express mail

April 1, 2015 - Packet Delivered

April 3, 2015 - NOA1, routed to Nebraska Service Center

April 6, 2015 - Payment of $420 cashed

April 9, 2015 - Hard copy of NOA1 received in the mail

May 19, 2015 - I-130 case APPROVED!!!

May 27, 2015 - Case sent to Department of State NVC

June 3, 2015 - Case received by NVC

June 16, 2015 - Case number obtained

June 17, 2015 - DS-261 choice of agent completed over the phone ( unable to sign in online )

June 20, 2015 - Received WELCOME LETTER (enclosed with AOS fee invoice and document cover sheet)

June 21, 2015 - Received IV invoice fee through email ( still unable to sign in online )

June 25, 2015 - Mailed payments of both AOS and IV fee (two separate money order from USPS in one envelope, overnight delivery)

June 30, 2015 - Received email confirmation, both AOS and IV payment received

July 2, 2015 - Called NVC and confirmed AOS and IV shows PAID and Cleared in their system ( since i can't log in online )

July 2, 2015 - Mailed documents (overnight), only to find out NVC is close today (july 3), so package is held in the NH post office, scheduled delivery updated to july 6

July 5, 2015 - Finally able to sign in to CEAC website and filled up DS 260 and SUBMITTED!!!

July 6, 2015 - SCAN DATE

July 27, 2015 - CASE COMPLETE!

August 24, 2015 - Interview schedule assigned

September 24, 2015 - INTERVIEW DATE at US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES

APPROVED!

September 28, 2015 - Visa Packet received (picked up at 2GO SM MOA branch)

October 10, 2015 - ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, reunited with my wife finally!!! 

I- 751 timeline:

July 13, 2017 - Packet mailed to CSC via USPS express mail

July 15, 2017 - Packet delivered

July 19, 2017 - Check cashed (personal check $680)

July 21, 2017 - Received I-797, Notice of Action (dated 7/15/15, 8:57pm)

July 29, 2017 - Received biometrics appointment notice dated 7/21/17, appointment is on Aug 9.

November 15, 2018 -  CASE APPROVED

possibly heard them wrong if not welcome to the black whole of the nvc system has been down since May 7th

That happened to us too. It usually takes about 2 days for the case to be accessible, while due to the website issues ours took 3 + weeks.

I World call agan to make sure the numbers are correct, and would then give it 48-72 hrs.

26/30 days for me now :clock: I hope no checklist for me :crying:

If they give me a checklist how long they gonna take to review the checklist documents and complete my case? any idea??

They said another 30 days. My first SD was May 4. I got a checklist June 4. Checklist SD was June 8.

I have a very (very) naive question: the invoice number for AOS fee is exactly the same as for IV fee? We received the invoice for IV fee already (not opened to pay online yet, though) and is exactly the same number.

Is it right? (who knows, their system is having so many problems..

2015/3/23: I-130 Sent: (Let's start the waiting game!)

2015/3/25: NOA1 Sent by email, case routed to the USCIS California Service Center (hardcopy 2015/6/4)

2015/4/21: NOA2 (email; got hardcopy in 2015/5/6)

NVC:

2015/5/21: Got NVC case # and IIN

2015/5/29: Filled DS261 online

2015/6/1: Payed AOS fee online

2015/6/5: Sent AOS and IV packages

2015/6/8: DS261 reviewed over the phone

I totally lost my hope now! Feel like they never going to send me an email of cc! From last one month nvc rep. Kept on telling me it will be review very soon ! Anyone have any clue why that is happening with me as I already been at nvc for 8 month altogether! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am total of 5 invoices now for IV fee. original one june 8, then another one on June 12 received june 14, yet another yesterday and two more today morning.... but unable to pay the fee so far! anyone else has received multiple invoices as many as 4-5!

Send my AOS/IV package and filled ds260 April 30th, till this day I have not heard anything from NVC. I called them they said that they have received an email from me on may 10th but my case was not scanned or reviewed. called again someone told me my case was filed may 28th but not reviewed, flagged for a supervisor review, have to wait 42 days. called again and yet no one looked at my e mail, again was flagged by a supervisor for the other department to scan my package?? I am so confused! Its been 47 days and nothing. Did this happen to anyone here??

I'm on the same boat.....I'm on my 70th day of waiting. Just praying for good thing to heppen in sha Allah.

I want to know if anyone here has sent their AOS/IV, civil documentation and didn't hear anything from NVC. I sent my package APRIL 30th and Received nothing from NVC. I called them 30 days after I emailed my package, I was told they have filed it on may 28th but didn't reviewed it!!!! what does that mean? I said why I didn't get a scan date, he said that he will flagged for a supervisor review. I called 6 days after and nothing is done. its been 47 days NO SCAN DATE, NO REVIEW, NO EMAIL?? Should I hire a lawyer :protest:
