may I pls ask when was your case completed at NVC. New delhi is super slow.!! is there anyway we can request a transfer to Mumbai consulate.?

We are in the same boat...no interview yet... :crying:

Just a little "fine tuning" after "AT NVC"... "IN TRANSIT" means that NVC has entered your packet into the DHL system. Your status will stay "IN TRANSIT" while your packet is still physically at NVC

April 28 2015...Delhi seems like the Blackhole ..a place where time is irrelevent or even stops...LOL

Anyone who's had their interviews after June 9th do you have any updates about the delay in visa issuance due to the current problem that the State department is facing?

my husband had his interview on 9th still says AP. do you have a date to pick up your visa?

wow!!! that's crazy. we are in this process since 13 months. I hate it.!! can't sleep at night.

can we request to transfer our case from new delhi to Mumbai.? Mumbai is faster.

We have cc April 30 and still waiting. New Delhi is like a blackhole.

Are you waiting for 13 months for an interview or did u mean from the start of the i-130 journey??

Proving relationship, is that valid for everyone at the interview stage? What if you've been married for years, talking double digits? :rofl: It would really seem odd to me if after all this time my husband would still be requested to "prove relationship" and asked to answer lots of relationship type questions. I've seen comments where people said they took wedding photos, etc... to interviews. Putting together my files and wondered if anyone with interview experience that's not a 'newly' married couple?

Congratulations! :) prayers and patience are the only things getting us thru this.. What did they say about collecting your passport? Did they say anything about a delay due to their systems being down?

01-30-2015 Received NOA 2 for I-129F (3 months and 2 weeks after)

02-11-2015 Received USCIS update (email notification) that case was dispatched to NVC

03-03-2015 Received NVC welcome letter via email with the case no and IIN (31 days from NOA2 date)

03-03-2015 Paid AOS fee

The CO didn't mention anything about the delay. But he just told me that I can collect my passport in 10 days.
