Pictures don't do anything except show you have met, they do nothing for proving you met in the last two years (even little dates on pictures can be altered).

...unless there is a newspaper in the photograph :) It certainly worked for us, and there was no other evidence.

Well although I cannot remember the exact posting I'm repeating the gist of it here and now. Whomever had the notion that I would allow my post's to be arbitrarily censored needs to PM me.

Here's the gist of the original post.....

There are many, many documented instances of people that have submitted a single photo, even those containing date stamps and "newspapers" embedded in the image, resulting in USCIS denials.

One needs only to read the USCIS case records of denials to verify my assertion.

Although the above quoted user (brtlmj) attests to the contrary, he/she is the exception, not the rule. To rely on a single photo, with a date stamp or a newspaper date shown is perilous to say the least.

Photographs, time and again, have been relegated to the status of secondary evidence; evidence that cannot on itself stand-alone consequently resulting in a visa denial.

Why this information was censored from this thread is clearly a malfunction of the "moderator".

If you have a problem with the context or content of what I have written them PM me to discuss.

Get it ? :angry::angry:
