I-134 and co-sponsor

Hey everybody, I wonder if someone can help me with a question that bugs me... my fiancee (USC) is a full time student right now and will probably be for some months after our wedding. Although she has a job, her income will not be high enough to fulfill the poverty-line requirements. She's already talked to her dad and he will be our co-sponsor. So far so good.

Now I was wondering whether we have to submit two I-134 forms (one for her and one for her dad) since there's a co-sponsor or if it's enough for USCIS to have his data whenever the "real" affidavit of support has to be submitted with the AOS.

Furthermore, does anybody know how to handle confirmations of assets in various banks and states? Will we have to get something official from every financial institution my fiancee has an account with?

Thanks a lot!

Cheers, Julian

Yes, her father is going to have to fill out an I-134 as well. You don't need to supply all the information on all her accounts, only those which you think will help your case.
