I've been working off the 90 mark - I filed on 3+ years but still showing in-line since 7/7 in Chicago. I am not sure if the math always work :-(

For him to be put in line, it has to be today 8/17 and i can guarantee you it is going to be today. For you, you are already placed "in line" but you filed in June anyway. Notice we are talking about being placed in line as opposed to being scheduled for an interview. For him, he is waiting to be placed in line while you are waiting for an interview to be scheduled.

I can predict that you will be placed in line on 8/17 or the week of 8/17. Notice you got your Green card on 9/17/2012 meaning your three years will hit on 09/17/2015. They can only put you in line a month before your three year anniversary or for others, their five year anniversary. This is because they cannot call you for an interview before your three years are over. You cannot go for an interview before 9/17/2015. Hang in there. It is coming.

WRONG..My interview is 25 days before my 3 yrs anniversary. To say, they cant schedule you for an interview date before anniversary is plain misinfo. Khamsa, from this batch is also having his interview prior to residence anniversary.. Hang in there y'all.. and please dont attempt to do the math for everybody, it will only keep their hopes up - let the chips fall where they may.. There's an end to this.. God bless everybody!

Im having my interview 2 weeks before my anniversary date, and according to my immigration lawyer that is no cause for concern at all.

Just got home from my interview and I was approved on the spot! In even better news I left with my Oath ceremony already scheduled for 8am on September 17th! This whole process has been SO fast I can't believe it.

I had a few issues in regards to changing my name from my married name to my maiden name because I was given misinformation by my local Social Security office but he went to review with his manager who said that my name was already changed and that the Social Security office was wrong so I will get my Nat Cert with the right name on it

Pretty sure I spent most of my interview discussing local beers and bars with the immigration officer. When I left he said maybe we'll run into each other outside of here and I can buy you a cocktail haha

I did my fingerprints on 06/30 and still haven't heard a thing about inline for interview or any status updates online. This is starting to worry me now when I see all you lucky folks being scheduled and already done with interviews who submitted there N400 later than me. I guess I will just hold on and hope to hear something soon.
