hello everyone

my case:

PEIC...............05/01/15......06/03/15......07/15/15......03/22/2016 (sigh...)........Soon i hope (i'm sending the times this week)

My question:

since they want more proves, what is the most important stuff to add?

I plan on sending:

- more pictures of our vacations showing us and our families together(about 15 pictures)

- the deed for our new house showing both our names

- my benefits summary showing my wife and my step-daughter as beneficiaries

- 3 or 4 letters from friends and family.

- bills from the doctors for fertility treatment (we are trying to have a little one )

also, do i have to send the RFE document they sent me or only the new items ?

Hi all, longtime lurker here. Never posted but wanted to share to give hope to VSC filers. Just got a text message that case status was updated and new card is in production!

Since getting approval letter on 04/01/16, got an update today by text and online saying my card was picked up by USPS with tracking details.

Well so they finally updated the USCIS Processing Times for Vermont Center. Now it says that as of FEBRUARY 29, they were seating on MAY 11, 2015.

Being that today is 4/13/2016, we can only hope they are tackling the June crowd.

There is 1 800 number. You need to ask to speak with tier 2 officer. Chances to get any information are very slim. Most likely you will be told that Vermont is processing May 11th cases and you need to wait. Sometimes people get lucky and receive better answers. Trying wouldn't hurt.

In my opinion Vermont transferred some casework to other service centers in the end of the previous month and then approved a bunch of June fillers. But after April 1 H1B visas are big thing and I noticed VSC slowed down again. Vermont really needs to send some of the ROC petitions to California to balance workload. The processing difference between the two service centers is like 3 months right now. Vermont is processing June very slowly. California already started October.

@ctracker: I only have seen that I got approved on the website, as I wrote, I haven't received the actual card nor the the letter to know when my actual approval date is. So I wanted to wait to put in the information. The rest of my information is already in the list under Vermont center. I am near to the end.
