I-751 June 2015 Filers

I'm a late May filer (but early June NOA1) with case assigned to Vermont. Got notice today that my 10-yr GC is in production. Letter was dated 3-16-16 (I've been away on business, not sure how long it was in my mailbox).

But here's something interesting. I recently moved and filed a change of address form with USCIS. I received a letter dated March 10th (but postmarked March 16th!) that says that my request to change my address was being forwarded to the USCIS office having jurisdiction over my case... the California Service Center. But I am a Vermont filer, and was never told that my case was being transferred to CSC.

Not sure if that puts me in the VSC or CSC group, but here is my timeline:

Did you get the notice from VSC or CSC? Did you move from a state which is under Vermont ROC jurisdiction to a state which is under California one?

Hi, So when you made the address change, you received a snail mail from USCIS? I did an address change online and I received electronic confirmation of the address change.

Did you get the notice from VSC or CSC? Did you move from a state which is under Vermont ROC jurisdiction to a state which is under California one?

I moved within North Carolina, which is a VT state.

Good question on the notice. Return address on the envelope is VT.

Same thing happened to me. I moved two blocks down from my old house and got the exact same letter as you.

Now I'm just waiting to hear from them. I'm starting to think the letter is just a glitch, and my case is still in Vermont.

Hi All, I'm getting nervous. I was just wondering if other folks who are not approved yet are getting the same status like mine.

I put my wife's case# as it was written down in biotmetrics appointment:

On June 1, 2015, we received your Form CRI-89, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status Received, Receipt Number EAC1517551478, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by July 1, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Is this the same status you guys have?

Yes, same here mine is from June 15th. Just hang in there looks like they're working on May cases now and hopefully they will get to June soon.

Looks like VSC is finally starting to approve some June 2015 filers!!

Today we received the approval notice for the I-751!

Date of decision 3/18/2016. The letter was postmarked 3/21/2016.
