He should be OK to travel with his soon to expire GC and his extension letter especially after completing his biometrics which would probably be sometime next month!

Got NOA1 today!

Is the NOA1, the one with the extension of the 2 years green card? or is it the one with the biometric appointment?

Afternoon all! It's been a fairly lengthy stint since I've been on here, but, happy to be back! We filed and the packet was received on the second of this month. Still no NOA1 though! Really hoping we get something by the end of the day today. Starting to get a little nervous
