DS260 but no DS261? help

i got 2 invoices for $120 and $325 and both paid

after i paid both 2 days later i got IV application (ds260) to fill out online which already done but theres NOTHING for DS261! so ill mail my civil docs and everything to nvc next week but since theres no ds261 for me im scared that i will get checklist for that my attorney said its ok but im not suree...

any advice? or any same situation like this ?

any respond would be appreciate it !

you probably have a lawyer and DS261 was skipped

NVC Received - July 10, 2015

Case # and INN - July 27, 2015

Submitted DS-261 - July 27, 2015

Pay AOS Bill - July 28, 2015

Send AOS & IV Package - Aug 5, 2015

Pay IV Bill - Aug 6, 2015

Submitted DS-260 - Aug 8, 2015

Scan Date - Aug 7, 2015

Case Completed - Aug 27, 2015

Expedite request - Sep 2, 2015

Expedite request approved - Sep 9, 2015

Interview Appointment - Sep 21, 2015

Interview Date - Sep 25, 2015

Visa Approved - Sep 25, 2015

usually if lawyer is attached to casefile,

G-28 submitted with I-130 way back when,

there is no DS-261 at all.

What's up ?

If IV and AOS fee bills arrive via email same day or within 24 hours of each other,

then that's a good indication that a lawyer was attached to the casefile.
