It's difficult to answer your questions as there are so many steps and land mines. Each of us have had a different experience and yours may different.

If you have a specific question anyone can help. Hank and I have put guides together which are more tailored to your experience that you still have ahead of you for USEM. Look below in my signature and select the link at the twisting arrow. Hanks is in his signature. Good luck.

My gal was also an OFW working in HK and she immigrated from HK to the USA. My K1 visa experience was several years ago but if you would like to know what we did please PM me. and I will be happy to share it with you. Best of luck!

I should have been more specific. I was meaning to ask if anyone has experience petitioning their fiance' who was or is a PH citizen ofw residing in HK? Thanks in advance. You are a blessing to us all here.

In my guide, it will show you that you will need a police report from HK. Head on over and read the information and get the PR while you are still in HK as it's much easier and quicker.

My wife was a OFW in Hong Kong. Its the place we met during Chinese New Year. She ended up quiting and going back home in the Philippines so we could spend time together during my second visit. The process has many steps and it would have been difficult with her Hong Kong schedule.

I see you are almost at the end of your journey. Just a heads up... Make sure your asawa takes a CENOMAR/CEMAR with her to the interview. Mine didn't and delayed issuance by a couple of days.
