Hello everyone. Has anyone experience this issues with nvc, for documents review, I called this morning and the lady told me she's going to send a notice to a supervisor as a request for them to review our documents, because we've passed the 30 days.

Naaa never heard of that I thought they whole thing is suppose to be in their automated machine.....I think all have to be calling NVC every day.

Okay drusills29 I will, because I don't understand their behavior. I have provided every documents they requested and even my income is way higher than the poverty line, so I don't know what is taking them forever to complete our case. I'm very frustrated.

@ trustG yes I been told same things as u couple of weeks ago but still waiting for review complete!! Its already 55 days I submitted ds260. Called nvc yesterday operator said he can see a note on system that this file has to review as soon as possible but can not tell how long it will take more!!!!!! I dnt really know what is goin on!!! Im so frustrated! !!
