If you are interested, I have a forum that is pretty empty right now. I tried to get it started but it seemed that nobody was interested. It is kind of set up like VJ and isn't too difficult to navigate through. It is brand spankin' new so if you want, come on over. It is ready and waiting..here's the link

my new forum :) give it a try, what can it hurt, right??

Hey ladies,

I feel the same way. I belonged to one yahoo group that turned into a witch hunt when someone had real issues. Instead of support it was trashing the person - this is not cool at all. I started a yahoo group (see my sig), anyone can join and I will not tolerate any negativity what so ever. The group I belonged to, there was a woman who had a bad experience marrying a man from MENA. She wanted to share her story just as an example for other women just in case. Let's face it, out of the thousands of MENA men searching, there maybe be a bad apple or two. She was immdiately banned from the group because "she was negative." What happened to agreeing to disagree that's what grown ups do.

Amal's, forum is really cool too.

Esalaam, Salut and Hello

Is it just me, or everyone else here pretty feed up with online ME/NA groups? I am a member of 3, and all 3 I am just hate. tried of the biased and judgemental BS they pass off as a social and support group... I see no support and ill mannered socializing. I would if I could just jump throu cyberspace and bop some of these people. :angry:

When did a forum about Algerie turn into the looney and judgemental Salafi hour?

I cannot understand WHY there can't be a forum for members of various MENA countries which offers helps, ideas, support, comfort, love, understading and COMPASSION! Why can't ppl embrace the beauty of our diversity... WTFunckles ...

I am going to time some time, to think... search for new groups... and if I can't find one... make my own! :thumbs:

Sorry just had to vent!

AMEN :thumbs::thumbs:
