AOS and IV Packets Via Email, from Buenos Aires

I've been planning on mailing via FedEx both AOS and IV packets together however I recently saw on NVC website that if your case number begins with BNS (buenos aires) you can either use email or mail.

Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with this here in Argentina? Email would save me a lot of money and time, and i figure it would be the better choice rather than regular mail.

Thanks

I mailed mine through USPS. I had no problems. I think I paid a little extra to track the package, but did not overnight or have them sign for it.

I could be mistaken but i believe electronic processing is slower than regular processing.

I am sure whatever you decide will be the the right choice for you.

Hi John! we are a BNS case also. We e-mail both packages on April 20th and soon after we received confirmation from the NVC office. It took them only 21 days to analize our papers and by May 19th they sent the email telling us that they completed our case.

Now we are waiting for the interwiew date.

Reading other people experience I think e-mail may be safer and faster than regular mail.

Good look guys!!!

Thanks Ceci, one last question, did you scan and email everything requested in both packets, As one email with lots of attachments or separate emails for both packets, thanks.

Hi John! First we tried to send both packages in one email, but it was way to big so we had to send two emails. One with a AOS files and the other with SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS. We wrote an explanation telling that we sent both packages and a list of files we had included. We got a pretty fast response couple of days after telling us that they recieved it and that they were going to start processing. And less than a month after we recieved the Case Completed email ?. Almost forgot... We sent too the Document cover sheet.

If you have more questions feel free to ask!! We are all in the same NVC boat ?

It took a lot of work to scan everything and keep it small.

I used this: http://smallpdf.com/jpg-to-pdfto resize bigger files or convert from jpg to pdf wich is what they required.
