Hi,

I am new to this forum and I need some information,

Our I129F petition for K1 visa was approved on July 07 2015 and the case was forwarded to NVC on July 14 2015.

I called NVC last night to ask what's next and they gave me a case number starting with ISL. I am trying to track that and it shows No results on the CEAC portal.

I want to know what's next for us. It took us so long to get out of TSC and I don't wanna experience the same torture again. Can someone here tell me what I need to do and how will things move on from here?? I am based in Karachi and my fiancé is in FL.

You should be getting packet three from islamabad. Otherwise just check the ceac website again in a couple of days with the case number and eventually it would say ready meaning they have your case. Best of luck!

Ok. NVC people told me that they have our case with them and that they are unable to give any further info about when will it leave for ISL. though they asked me to call them in the coming days to have an update.

So its the waiting game again...

Any idea how fast ISL embassy is processing these cases? Roughly how long does it take from here to the visa approval thing??

From NVC to approval it took us 4 months, another month waiting for the visa. we did have packet three issues, cause we received that a month later. so yea.

after that he said your wife income is so low to sponser you he gave us 221G white slip and he said your wife need to show us domecile which we brought bank account from US NEW YORK my husband asked him where is my passport he said we keeping your passport and we will put your visa in as soon as you get joint sponser its depends on you how fast you get and nevermind domecile since you have bank account in USA .

we living togather almost 3years and have 2 kids togather he did not ask for any proof of reletionship we brought tons of photos and documents.

visa status showing AP... white slip shows visa is denied 221G does that mean do we need some kind waiver ? please help

you dont need any kind of waiver. just submit the required document ie affidavit of support from a joint sponsor who earns enough to meet the requirements.

Its really sad to hear.

NVC should send checklist for this thing too at earlier stage, so that one can make arrangements for another sponsor before interview.

At interview, when expectations are so high,Its unfair.

The only solution is to arrange for a joint sponsor now. HURRY UP

I have some questions for you also,if you don't mind;

How much values you put in i 864 Part 6 ITEM 5? and what was her Gross Adjusted Income and Total income on tax papers ?

Whom you will now you send new documents of a joint sponsor? ISL embassy or to NVC

I have a question about the birth certificate. How did you provide the translation for it? Do I need to get it notarized or just write a statement with my signature that the above translation is correct to my knowledge?

Get new birth certificate from Nadra they are already in English and Urdu so no need to translate. I did same. You need to take your old Birthcertificate to office from where you gat and apply for Computerised they will issue new one.

NADRA provided system to Union Council's and Municipal Corporations they make it Normal days are 15 but if you know any one in office you can get it in one day.

Ausalamualikm Guys....Poe was 23rd july.....If u go with Etihad airline ur immigration would be at abu dhabi and then at Usa u just need to take ur bags and go out which means no extra checking,so u guys should choose etihad airline..... right now enjoying learning at Public library.
