NICOP and Protector of immigrant stamp is for peoples who r going abroad on work visa not on family or spouse visas.......well Safarjal who told u about these things....? whether it was Amex....?

Loading brother my interview will be held next month could you tell me how can i like organise my documents like one folder or rwo folder. What kind of questions they will ask me at my interview. At my interview my wife is not with me because she just went back to states. She had short leave from work. She works for forces

Well, actually, it was a friend who shifted to the US about a year ago. I guess he must have a work visa...

Any update on the visa process, had my interview on the 24th june 2015 visa passport still not in hand. Any idea how long can this process take .

Visa journey says that Isl Embassy is usually between 1-3 weeks. Have you checked your visa status on https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?

Guys I have a question regarding packet 3.5.

Can I just send photocopies of birth certificate, Affidavit of support, employer letter etc and take the originals with me to the interview?

We actually copy/pasted our names written in Urdu. It's easy to do, even if you don't have Urdu language installed. Go to translate.google.com, choose urdu as your language, use the onscreen keyboard to type in your name, copy and paste that into the form.

Take 2 folder...one for photocopies of all document and one for original....

if ur spouse can't come with u at interview then don't worry bring her passport photocopy and the copy of airport stamps to show how often she came to pak.....birth certificate of child of u have.

Photograph from 2 photographer in white background...in case if one photograph is rejected at interview....

ur wedding and some casual pics of u both(Honeymoon)

copy of all financial document that ur spouse sent to nvc specially copy of 2014 tax return transcript

original passport valid for atleast 8 months
