Hello Everyone ....I hope that Somebody Help me About Informations needed !

I Enter the United State of America With a K-1 Visa And i Got Married With My Fiancee ( my Wife now ) nad everything Was Ok ..We Apply Now for Adjustement For Status For AOS and We Juste Want to Know What is My case now And how Much Time i Have to Stay in the State ?!!! i have 90 Days To got Married and I Did But We Wonder What is the Time Limite For Having and Answer !

Also, are there any deadlines we have to worry about? Do we have to worry about deportation for any reason? We got married in less than 30 days, and filed AOS and EAD within a few weeks of the wedding (he got the visa Dec 18 and got here 23 December). Now we got an email saying they need more information, but we haven't gotten the notice in the mail yet, so we don't know exactly what they need yet, or how long we have to get it to them. What happens if they keep asking for things, and it gets past the expiration date of the visa?

Once you file for AOS you wont be considered out od status, AOS can take a few months, or as long as a few years to process, there is no predicting how long that can take.

No deadlines to worry about until after you get the 2 year green card, you need to file to remove the conditions on the card within 90 days of its expiration.

You need to wait for the paper from USCIS to find out what was left out of your petition, that they are requesting.

Again once you file the AOS application you are considered in status until a decision is made on your AOS, so nothing will happen after the expiration of the I-94 in your passport.

Good luck!

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Work permits take about 90 days after them receiving the application. If you want to get some estimates of current processing times, click on "Processing Times" and "Immigration Timelines" in the banner above.
