Hotel receipt only has my name on it

I met my fiancee twice.

1st time - I went to Russia to her place and lived in a hotel and so all hotel receipts only have my name. We together went to a small resort - but since I has reserved that resort, the reservation ticket has my name on it however she had signed for it (so her signature are on that reservation ticket).

2nd time - I was on business travel and we lived in hotel for a day which was reserved only in my name. Then we went to live with my family.

So basically her name does not quite appear in any of the hotel receipts (except for her signature on one of the receipts). Is this a problem?

We have photos together everywhere.

It doesn't really matter, its a plus but I think they take all the evidence together.

the receipts are proof that put you in her place, Basically it shows you have been there several times, you add a few pictures of both of you together, specially pictures taken with familiar places, and you are all set, don't worry about it. My pictures when I did K1 was not even dated photos, I just put them on a blank sheet and on top of that I wrote the date and the location where we were at.

Good luck on your K1

Hotel receipts don't show the names of the guests, only the name of the person signing the credit card receipt. This is normal and they are part of the proof that you were in her country.

When my fiancee first visited me here in PI, all our reservations in hotels were under my name. The next time he flew here, it was under his name. We thought there would be a problem but I was assured that the dates on hotel reservations and receipts will collaborate on his itineraries and will prove that he's really here with me.

They put you in her country - that's what matters. Each piece of evidence will help give the adjudicator a complete picture.

Here's what I submitted, if it helps you any: 2 photos of us together, 3 hotel reciepts with my name only (but they were my name in my country!), a notarized letter from my parents stating that he stayed in our house except for [x] dates we were in the hotel, boarding passes, the green/white baggage stickers (they showed airline, name, date, destination, etc.), copy of his passport stamp... and I think that's it. We got our NOA2 with no problems.

If I were an adjudicator that wouldn't have been enough evidence to satisfy me - so let's all be glad I'm not an adjudicator! You're more critical on yourself than the adjudicator will most likely be on you.
