Currently i am working here in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is very hard to reach them over the phone since the waiting time is more than 45 mins.....my wife is in US....due to her work she is unable to reach them

But we have already submitted our documents to NVC, meaning they won't review our documents unless we submit DS-260.

I think you are correct but if I were you I will double check to make sure that they do not add up any additional days. All the best of luck to you.
