Hello Sam,

You will need to call them and ask if they have received it as you can see from post above from SusDan7 that he had to call to find out because they do not send any confirmation. You will also need to give a bit more time for them to put it on the system. Good luck and I hope that helps.

No not yet I'm waiting for NVC

Money order was sent through post office we will try to contact NVC coming days

i called last thursday to NVC and confirm our payment has been received at their end. Due to the system glitch they are unable to update in the system.

Will give them call again tomorrow as i am unable to fill DS 260 form...and from your side also closely follow up since ur PD is going to be current in July!!

So i think I'm near your status we will wait for some days even me I'm trying to fill ds260 so pls update me always when you get any thing from them

Hi Habel...I sent money order for IV 2 weeks before...I have been calling NVC since then but they still say that its not showing in their system...I m worried now....

People who sent after me r getting answers from NVC that their payments r paid.....

So I'm stuck now....as far as documents r concerned.this week I will ask NVC.....

I don't know whats going on..they don't even say that they received money order..coz its at Missouri n so they can't find my payment...

As far as money order...it was cashed on May 26 as per usps.....I confirmed with them.....

So I think I m stuck badly....coz if they could not find my payment then I will have to pay again...

In my web portal its invoiced for 325 $.....so I can pay now online too but I don't want to do that......

Any one in a similar situation....?????

Coz mine they say they don't see as even paid or they received......they always ask me when u send n then wait for 21 days ....I told them it was cashed on May 26 ,...then they say that call back next week or allow 21 days for them to process....

My concern is that people who sent after me got answered just in 4-6 days that their payment was paid in phone..

But I sent before them n also my money order was cashed...still they dont see anything in their system....

Oh I am sorry to hear that and call them tomorrow to ask if they have received it however, if they have not ask to speak to a supervisor as they should put the payment on the system by now and close your case. I wish you all the best and I hope everything get sorted out for you.

Yes they confirmed that they received our IV fees....but due to the ####### system its not showing paid but only shows " NOT INVOICED"

Give them call today..... i have plan also to call them for DS 260 form today.

Will keep you posted.

Normally the mail payment taking more time than the online

even me now the online system working well but no access to ds260

I think as we paid by mail we need th get paid then I think we can move to fill ds260

Hope to get paid soon for all of us and not wasting morning by baying the fee again online

i guess doesn't take much time for them to update in their system.....our IV fees was cashed on June 1 and for follow up manage to called them on June 04 and same was confirmed that they received it...but don't know when can we proceed with DS 260!!

Hello Sam,

Just a quick update......i just checked my email this morning and in subject it is mentioned P3U...when i open the PDF found below to submit the docs which we have already did and same was confirmed by NVC on 18 May.
