U will have to wait atleast 30 days for them to review ur docs from the day they scan in their system....Your time line shows that urdocs scanned on May 11...so inquire after June 11 if u dont hear anything from them...This is what i was told just a few mins before by a CSR....My scan date is May 7 and hence he told me to wait until June 11.....Hope this helps

Thank you Dew_Drops and yes it does help. The guy told me to call back after 11th June too however, he kinda of hesitated that it might not get done with the 30days time frame and as you know we are not far from being current and if we get stuck on in this last hurdle it is not going to be really nice. I hope God solves this on time so that we do not have to suffer going back and forth with them. Good luck to you dear friend and I hope we hear something by the end of next week. Quick update- I rang NVC yesterday to query about why we have not received any confirmation email from them about receiving our documents however, the CSR told me that they do not send anything to say that they have our AOS documents but they will send an email when they finished reviewing it. I find it really awkward the reason being is because, how do we know the of our review if they do not have a follow up system? I am really frustrated with the way they handle the process and finger cross that they will close our case by next week. I am really worried now as I have read that there is quite a lot of September fillers that are still waiting for their case to be closed. Has anyone contacted NVC recently if so what was the outcome? please share your experience and lets keep this room active. really worried

scanned it yet. So I pressured him more and then he said he'll try to instruct that they pull the mail out and get it scanned.

Called again today and the agent I spoke to gave me a different issue entirely.... He told me it's been 42days and my DS260 has still not been reviewed.. Told me to wait for another 30 days

An hour later... The NVC emailed saying that they've received my documents.

I'll advice you to call and tell the agent you're worried.. Hopefully you'll be lucky to speak with a nice agent

By the way folks.. When exactly is the scan date.... Is it the day NVC receives your documents or the day the email you that they've received your documents? Thanks

Scan date is the date NVC received your documents - check your email, it would be stated there.

Your welcome and do not worry you might not need to wait for three weeks as some case can be closed before the 30 days time frame therefore, keep checking the website at least once a day. In my prediction I think the VB will only advance by 3 to 4 weeks as we have quite a lot of cases that have not been closed yet which I think is reasonable. All the best of luck and hang in there as we are nearly to at the end of the tunnel and I can see a light. I have attached the example of what it should look like in your CEAC page and for everyone.

Hi Ojongobi,

Your case is not yet completed as the AOS still shows Paid which need to be changed to N/A therefore, you will need to wait for that to be completed. My advise is to call NVC and ask the progress however, the time frame is 30 days from the date of your scan which means 5th June for you will be the date to get CC

Any update on your cases and also as the NVC website is down, how are we going to able to check if case is completed and when I called on Thursday, I was told not to call apart from waiting for an email confirmation. I have never seen inefficient department like this.

If IV is paid why are they delaying realizing your DS260 form for you to fill? this really is a joke and our PD is not far from being current in the coming 4 or 5 weeks in God's will and they are still delaying the process. outrageous
