Finally got my case complete today Priority Date December 11th 2013, no checklist.

F2A - my PD is 30Sep2013. My case still not completed. I am very disappointed. My stupid attorney took one month to send the Check list to NVC, we received the email from NVC requesting the check list on May 7 and she sent for then on Jun 2. She lied to me and gave a lots of excuses why she sent last week. Anyway, someone have any idea how long it take for the cc and il? I am very anxious. Any information is very appreciate. good luck all.

Welcome to Visa Journey! We had a similar delay with our lawyer, it took him over 3 weeks to send out our petition thereby delaying our priority date, got an RFE for something so simple as filing a Form G-325A, thereby delaying our approval at USCIS, at NVC got a Checklist for AOS completed by same lawyer, if only we had discovered Visa Journey before contracting the Law Firm, this process can be done hitch free with this amazing forum as long as your case is not compicated. So sorry about your continued delay. Do you have any idea how much time it takes to receive the Interview Letter through email? I called NVC and they gave me the Interview Date, and since then I have not received any IL?

I was almost sure it 7days after the interview has been scheduled, but maybe it is random. Am hoping to get the e-mail today, some Consulates have started to receive IL in their e-mail. I would update as soon as I get my IL.

Hey, am also on the same boat. F2A - priority date 27th Sep 2013. Case still not completed. After 90 days of submitting the documents, when I called NVC yesterday about my case , they said they are getting ready to send me a checklist about police certificate. I didn't get any checklist till now. Now I am getting ready to wait for another 60-90 days for them to review my Police Certificate and get my case completed. This process has definitely taught patience.

I have got a checklist about a police certificate, and after sending the police cert I got a CC in around 30 days.. So maybe it won't be that long.. I'm so sorry for you. I know how annoyed I was when I got a checklist because of stupid police cert, and then waiting and couldn't understand how reviewing ONE piece of paper can take that long.. You just have to be strong, and remember it's almost the end of that long way

I just called the NVC, the representative said that they have some problems with emailing the IL, she said that the website needs to do automatically as they put the interview date on it but it did not. they'll resolve the issue shortly!

U r right saballico. I am sure there are many other early filers still stuck with NVC even though our priority date is current. I pray for everyone whose process is being delayed due to one or other reasons. Hope it goes smoothly now...
