Hi,

Did you get a receipt (NOA1) for the I-130?

If you did, then there is nothing for USCIS to update you about until the PD is about to become current. The current PD in the June 2015 Visa Bulletin is October 1, 2013. USCIS is not likely to contact you until the current PD is closer to yours.

I received NOA1 BUT NO NOA2 Before there is any noa2 I have to wait until my visa bulletin gets close to my PD?

Yes yours has to become current which is like another year at least .

Which service centre is processing your i130 petition? Check the current processing time of your service centre, my case is current for June and it has been at NVC since February 2014, filed in September 2013 and approved in December 2013, your case being current or not has nothing to do with your I130 approval, check your service centre processing time using this link https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do Good luck with the rest of the process.

Yes. No reason for USCIS to update you when your case has to wait for a current PD.
