129F mispelled name

A friend of mine told me that her name on a 129F was mispelled, they just found it out when they got the NOA1.She wants to know how they can correct it while they are waiting for the approval notice.

My name was misspelled on my I-129F NOA1, but we didn't actually do anything.. It ended up correcting itself later.. But she can probably call the number on her NOA to have it corrected as well....

They misspelled my my fiances first name, but no problems on it. His name is EdUard, and they keep spelling it EdWard, might be good to spell the names right when they send out documents.

not for misspelled name they wanted a US marriage cert, we filed the K1 not the K3, so it was a booboo on their part, my lawyer helped me through it.
