Hola! veo que tu fecha esta corriente, lo que debes hacer es llamar al NVC y preguntar por tu caso, lo que veo que eres de México y ustedes tienen una lista especial por que es diferente al resto del mundo, te aconsejo llamar al NVC, ya que tu fecha esta corriente

So i called NVC again today.. and this time i got a nice lady though she said almost the same things but in a more human and polite way. She said that i should pay the IV fee by mail and that it would take 21 days to process once they receive it and then they will open DS260 for me. But i still insisted if it is possible for her or her supervisor to connect with their tech support to manually fix open iv fee and ds260 for me because my priority date is going to be current in august and it is urgent! She said sorry and that it wont be possible to pay online right now and that i should mail it. So i thought that since its already going to be 2 weeks since i got the iv invoice and if i wait 2 more weeks maybe the option to pay online would be available for me and better yet the ds260 would unlock itself..same thing as waiting 21 days for them to process by mail with the risk of not having it to show as 'paid' on the website :/

I also asked her if she can give me an update on my case being reviewed. She said wait a moment, and then got back to me and said that yeah we are just waiting for your fee and ds260 form.
Im assuming that it means everything is okay with my docs hopefully!

Does calling again n again help?? Im panicking because some of have received IL and here i am not being able to pay the fees even.. :(

The cut off date of nov 8 was for the month of July, not August. Cut off dates are retrospective and scheduling of interviews are prospective. The cut off date is always the date after the last interview has been scheduled for the following month.

In this case the next cut off date will at least be the 15th of December as the Visa bulletin only cuts off on the 01, 08, 15 and 22nd of every month

Thank you for detailed explanation.. I wish the next vb would be 22dec as my pd is 17 Dec.but my case is nt complete yet.

I got my invoice on 14th june…when did u get yours? I just got checklist in my email saying that i didnt pay IV fees :( I am going to wait because i was about to pay by mail, others who went thru it suggested not to. Because they ended up paying 2 times, once by mail and second time online. Even if u pay by mail, the website doesnt show its 'paid', hence u cant even fill ds260. I suggest u wait. But its upto you

Same here.. its been almost 2 weeks since i got the IV fee invoice. So going to wait 1-2 weeks more. Im positive it shall come up! And pray that all of us get through this soon!
