@GJ - I think they do need the original aos form with the original signature. Did you do the i864EZ?? if so, if I were you I would reproduce it because it is a fairly easy forward form. If not, just go with what you have (tax forms). When you read all the experiences of VJers at the interviews, they really do not seem to make a big deal of the docs that have already been submitted (unless they Specifically as you to bring certain docs). So you should be fine but just to be safe I would reproduce the form.

Woohoo! congrats! Glad you made it through. Now start reading up and getting prepped for the next phase. Definitely call up NVC to check if you can still get an interview since your PD is current!

Hello sbai2000, we already submit the aos (i-864ez) at nvc.. What im worried about is my upcoming interview this sept 14,my husband didnt photo copy the i-864ez, all we had only is the original itr and W2

Just had a conversation with grumpy lady and told us it is still under review of DS 260 which was submitted on 8 July.. hope to receive CC soon!!

@SusDan - you submitted your DS-260 the same day as I did....so I bet you get your CC today or tomorrow!!!!!

NOT long now...so hang in there!

I got case complete today!!!!!! YAY! NO checklist ...thank you, Lord! (my checking and re-checking paid off! LOL!)

(Habel you were soooooooo right! It took only 19 days from our SD!!!). Who knows, we may still get a September interview!

congrats sbai2000! we have almost the same timeline between DS-260 and submission of documents (although i did not receive email confirmation referring to my scan date)... i hope to get cc'd soon and no checklist as well! Did you get an email from NVC telling your case completed or you've verified it by calling NVC?

our cc almost in same time we need to follow them... i called nvc yesterday but no yet interview date for me,,, so that i was asking when NVC start schedule the interview
