No its just a piece of cake.your baby will join mom hopefully.you will send baby birth certificate only to nvc.no fees and baby will be added.my husband when fillef aos form he wrote baby name in derivate beneficiary.you do not need to pay anything. But yes baby is derivative beneficiary so you will have to pay IV fee separately for baby as well.thts all.now the online system is working you will pay online.

thanks but just to clarify, your husband added your baby name as a derivative beneficiary he didn't had to pay, i guess he had to pay coz there will be 2 name your and the baby? coz you saying i do not need to pay anything and as well as i have to pay IV because the baby is a derivative beneficiary- i am cofused here. i think if the case is still at NVC and baby born then i have to send the birth certificate and they will invoice me for IV.

USMAN, not trying to be rude, but is there a language you speak apart from English? Maybe then it would be easier to explain to you what you need to do as you don't seem to be understanding what any of the members are saying t you. We have been telling you what to do but you don't seem to be listening. So if there is a language you're more comfortable with let us know.

NVC never call to applicants, they only send notification by mail or email. Call next number (603) 334-0700 or (603) 334-0888 aks them about your case or write asknvc@state.gov., if you case is already for iterview, they tell you next steps.

Yes I know I can travel to the US the together but I want to know if we MUST go to the US together and present our packages the same time or I can go without her and then come back for her?

FYI Guys, i have received a call from NVC. it all depends on how you present or explain your case and the matter of urgency, if you are not able to speak to supervisor on that day then the sups. will call you back but after 2-4 weeks time. that's the standard time. A lady called me i was surprised and spent good 30 -40 min and went thru every thing she was good thou.

Hallo frinds today NVC send me a letter.( All documentation necessary to complete the national visa center ' s processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been schedule, applicant ' petitioner and attorney ( if applicant ) will be notify.)

But I am upset how to many days to wait interview schedule.

If you PD will become current, they will schedule for one month after this notification.

My PD is 10 December 2013. I think 3 days to ago my PD is current.i means July 11.

When the visa bulletin comes out, you will most likely be current. So call them at the end of the month.

You will have to pay IV fee only.No AOS fee for baby.you will fill AOS for baby ds 260 separate for baby.

Usman, aap ne abhi tak NVC call kiya hai ya nahi??

Aap k saaray jawaab wo hi de saktay hain. Ager aapka case complete hai, tou aap NVC call kerein 001 603 334 0700. Unse poochain k aapka case ager ready hai tou aapko a guide kerein. Unse poochain k kab tak case Islamabad embassy bhejein ge. Abhi Visa Bulletin release honay ka wait kerein.. 2 ya 3 din mein wo aajaye ga tou pata chal jaye ga k aap ki date kab current hogi. Please thora sabar kerein. Meri PD 2nd DEC 2013 hai aur abhi mera case complete bhi nahi hua.. InshaAllah ab kuch hi time reh gaya hai.. aap NVC ko call milayein please. Yahan same question baar baar kerne se faida nahi.. yahan log apna experience share kersaktay hain khaali aapke saath. Exact information nahi de saktay :)
