Well, then there is a hope for us. If few people are reporting that login starts to work for them.

I used priority express mail to send my fee. And it was picked up and signed by the receiver at NVC fee processing center.

Let's see if that opens up my login too in a few days.

I was told that it won't open up from 2 to 3 weeks... I hope it goes quickly for you... I was afraid this was going to happen if I paid through check

Just worked for me! Filled DS261! (we mailed the check for the AOS fee, so I'll call them on monday and see what should I do)

I have been trying for over two weeks and it shows the same message as above.

I think they are slowing fixing the problem and people are gradually being able to log in and pay.

After getting an error message for a long while, I was finally able to fill out DS-261 yesterday and pay AOS fee.

my case was assigned on May 8.

If they are fixing individual record at a time in the database to fix the problem, and it took them almost a month to get there, I think they have incompetent IT department. All broken records could have been fixed with one simple query.

This error is a lot different than what we all have been getting. Call NVC and tell that your error is different.

Oh God! Finally, got my AOS bill today. Thanks to the visa journey forums for having such a wonderful means of information. Wish all the members a happy/hasslefree visa journey.

Yes i too was able to pay AOS fee. Now waiting on IV to be invoiced.
